Claims (28)
1. Кровельная изоляция (1) с наружной стороной (2), обращенной в уложенном состоянии к внешней среде, и с внутренней стороной (3), обращенной в уложенном состоянии внутрь с по меньшей мере одним паропроницаемым несущим слоем (4) и по меньшей мере одним водонепроницаемым, но паропроницаемым функциональным слоем (5), соединенным с несущим слоем (4), отличающаяся тем, что в качестве внешнего слоя на наружной стороне (2) и/или на внутренней стороне (3) предусмотрен защитный слой (6) для защиты других слоев кровельной изоляции (1) от УФ-излучения.
2. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) является паропроницаемым.
3. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) имеет более высокую паропроницаемость, чем функциональный слой (5).
4. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что параметр Sd защитного слоя (6) и/или функционального слоя (5) составляет максимум 2 м, предпочтительно максимум 1 м, предпочтительно максимум 0,5 м, более предпочтительно максимум 0,3 м, более предпочтительно максимум 0,2 м, более предпочтительно максимум 0,1 м, в частности, максимум 0,05 м, особенно предпочтительно составляет от 0,04 м до 0,01 м.
5. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) содержит пеноматериал с открытыми порами или микропористую пленку, или состоит из пеноматериала с открытыми порами или микропористой пленки.
6. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) содержит акрилатное соединение или полимерную дисперсию, в частности, на основе соединений акрилата, полиуретана и/или термопластичного полиуретана (TPU).
7. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) содержит УФ-поглотитель, предпочтительно в виде частиц, в частности сажу, УФ-поглощающие пигменты, органические и/или неорганические УФ-поглотители.
8. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) выполнен так, чтобы поглощать по меньшей мере 50%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 75%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 95% интенсивности падающего УФ-излучения.
9. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) содержит стойкий к ультрафиолетовому излучению материал или состоит из него.
10. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) содержит функциональные добавки, в частности УФ-стабилизаторы, антиоксиданты и/или стабилизаторы.
11. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) наносят посредством соэкструзии или как пастообразную краску.
12. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностная плотность защитного слоя (6) составляет от 4 до 1500 г/м2, предпочтительно от 20 до 150 г/м2, предпочтительно от 40 до 120 г/м2.
13. Кровельная изоляция по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) является водонепроницаемым.
14. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) имеет водонепроницаемость по меньшей мере 100 мм вод.ст., предпочтительно по меньшей мере 200 мм вод.ст., предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1000 мм вод.ст., особенно предпочтительно по меньшей мере 5000 мм вод.ст.
15. Кровельная изоляция п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) выполнен так, что водонепроницаемость после абразивной нагрузки, согласно DIN EN 20811 при повышении давления воды со скоростью 60±3 см вод.ст./мин, составляет по меньшей мере 1500 мм вод.ст.
16. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) выполнен так, что разрывное удлинение функционального слоя после атмосферного воздействия в течение восьми недель, в частности "в условиях Флориды", составляет по меньшей мере 80% от исходного значения.
17. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что защитный слой (6) выполнен так, что разрывное удлинение функционального слоя после четырех недель воздействия УФ-излучения, согласно DIN EN 13859, составляет по меньшей мере 80% исходного значения.
18. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что функциональный слой (5) выполнен в виде микропористой пленки, и/или тем, что функциональный слой (5) содержит соединение термопластичного полиуретана (TPU).
19. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что функциональный слой (5) выполнен так, что водонепроницаемость, определяемая согласно DIN EN 20811, составляет по меньшей мере 1000 мм вод.ст., предпочтительно по меньшей мере 5000 мм вод.ст.
20. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что несущий слой (4) содержит термоскрепленный и/или скрепленный иглами, водяными струями и/или воздушными струями нетканый материал.
21. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что несущий слой (4) содержит нетканый материал из полипропилена (РР), полиэтилентерефталата (PET) или нетканый материал из смеси РР/РЕТ.
22. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что прочность при растяжении, в частности, несущего слоя (4), в продольном направлении, определяемая, согласно DIN EN 13859, составляет по меньшей мере 200 Н/5 см, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 200 Н/5 см, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 450 Н/5 см.
23. Кровельная изоляция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что прочность при растяжении, в частности, несущего слоя (4), в поперечном направлении, определяемая, согласно DIN EN 13859, составляет по меньшей мере 150 Н/5 см, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 200 Н/5 см, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 450 Н/5 см.
24. Покровный слой из по меньшей мере двух полотен кровельной изоляции (1) по одному из пп. 1-23, отличающийся тем, что полотна изоляции (1) соединены друг с другом термически, с помощью средства для сварки растворителем, и/или склеиванием.
25. Покровный слой по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что перекрывание полотен кровельной изоляция (1) составляет по меньшей мере 5 см.
26. Покровный слой по п. 24 или 25, отличающийся тем, что сопротивление сдвигу сварного шва, согласно DIN EN 12317-2, составляет по меньшей мере 250 Н.
27. Покровный слой по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что защитный слой (6) кровельной изоляции (1) соединен с защитным слоем (6) и/или функциональным слоем (5) следующего полотна кровельной изоляции (1) термически путем сварки растворителем и/или склеиванием.
28. Покровный слой по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что функциональный слой (5) кровельной изоляции (1) соединен с защитным слоем (6) и/или функциональным слоем (5) следующего полотна кровельной изоляции (1) термически путем сварки растворителем и/или склеиванием.
