Claims (29)
1. Способ производства обогащенного углеродом материала биомассы, включающий стадии:
(i) обеспечения лигноцеллюлозного материала в качестве исходного сырья,
(ii) подвергания указанного исходного сырья обработке при повышенной температуре в условиях частичного окисления в реакционном сосуде,
(iii) открывания указанного реакционного сосуда, и
(iv) необязательно, выделения твердых продуктов из реакционной смеси.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором исходный лигноцеллюлозный материал происходит из сосудистых растений и в частности является лигноцеллюлозным древесным материалом, кукурузой, соломой, зеленой растительностью (например, травой, листвой), бумажными отходами, водорослями или их смесью, наиболее предпочтительно - лигноцеллюлозным древесным материалом, при этом исходный лигноцеллюлозный материал в частности имеет остаточную влажность примерно 10-70 мас. %, предпочтительно 10-45 мас. % или 30-70 мас. %
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадию (ii) осуществляют при температурах в диапазоне от 120°С до 320°С, предпочтительно от 150°С до 280°С, более предпочтительно от 180°С до 250°С.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 3, в котором стадию (ii) осуществляют при абсолютном давлении в диапазоне от 1 до 100 бар (0,1-10,0 МПа), предпочтительно от 1 до 50 бар (0,1-5,0 МПа), более предпочтительно от 1 до 45 бар (0,1-4,50 МПа), наиболее предпочтительно от 2 до 45 бар (0,2-4,50 МПа).
5. Способ по п. 1 или 3, в котором стадию (ii) осуществляют в присутствии кислорода, газов, содержащих кислород, таких как воздух, доноров кислорода, таких как пероксиды, например, перекись водорода, или их водных растворов, или их смесей.
6. Способ по п. 1 или 3, в котором стадию (ii) осуществляют при концентрации О2 или эквивалентов О2 в диапазоне 0,15-0,45 моль/кг высушенного лигноцеллюлозного материала, предпочтительно в диапазоне 0,27-0,35 моль/кг высушенного лигноцеллюлозного материала.
7. Способ по п. 1 или 3, в котором стадию (ii) осуществляют в присутствии водяного пара, воды и/или газов.
8. Способ по п. 1, включающий стадии:
(i) обеспечения лигноцеллюлозного материала в качестве исходного сырья,
(ii) подвергания указанного исходного материала обработке при 160-270°С в условиях частичного окисления при давлении в диапазоне 10-50 бар (1,0-5,0 МПа) в присутствии водяного пара в реакционном сосуде,
(iii) открывания указанного реакционного сосуда, и
(iv) выделения твердых продуктов из реакционной смеси.
9. Способ по п. 1 или 8, в котором открывание реакционного сосуда (стадия (iii)) регулируют, чтобы сбрасывать давление реакционного сосуда со скоростью 0,01-1 бар/с (0,001-0,10 МПа/с), предпочтительно 0,03-0,7 бар/с (0,003-0,07 МПа/с).
10. Способ по п. 1 или 8, дополнительно включающий стадии:
(v) сушки твердого продукта, полученного на стадии (iv), и, необязательно,
(vi) гранулирования твердого продукта, полученного на стадии (iv) или (v).
11. Способ по п. 1 или 8, в котором концентрация углерода твердых продуктов, полученных на стадии (iv), обогащена на 5-25 мас. %, предпочтительно на 8-15 мас. % по сравнению с концентрацией углерода исходного материала, поданного на стадию (i).
12. Обогащенный углеродом материал биомассы, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1-11.
13. Обогащенный углеродом материал биомассы по п. 12, в котором элементный состав продукта включает:
45-60% С, предпочтительно 50-55% С,
5-8% Н, предпочтительно 5,5-6,5% Н,
32-50% О, предпочтительно 36-42% О, и
≤1% примесей, таких как S и N.
14. Пеллеты, содержащие обогащенный углеродом материал биомассы по любому из пп. 12 и 13.
15. Применение обогащенного углеродом материала биомассы по любому из пп. 12 и 13 или пеллет по п. 14 в процессах сжигания, в частности в системах сжигания пыли.
