Claims (23)

1. Теплоизоляционный продукт на основе минеральной ваты, содержащий минеральные волокна и имеющий две главные поверхности и продольные и поперечные кромки, перпендикулярные главным поверхностям, отличающийся тем, что имеет
- степень продольной ориентации TOL(0°±6°) большую или равную 48%, даже большую или равную 50%, под углом плюс или минус 6° к плоскости главных поверхностей, когда минеральные волокна подсчитывают только в продольном сечении, и
- среднюю степень ориентации TOm(0°±6°) большую или равную 40%, даже большую или равную 45%, под углом плюс или минус 6° к плоскости главных поверхностей, когда минеральные волокна подсчитывают одновременно в поперечном и продольном сечениях.
2. Теплоизоляционный продукт по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что имеет
- степень продольной ориентации TOL(0°±12°) большую или равную 75%, даже большую или равную 80%, под углом плюс или минус 12° к плоскости главных поверхностей, когда минеральные волокна подсчитывают одновременно в поперечном и продольном сечениях, и
- среднюю степень ориентации TOm(0°±12°) большую или равную 70%, даже большую или равную 72%, под углом плюс или минус 12° к плоскости главных поверхностей, когда минеральные волокна подсчитывают одновременно в поперечном и продольном сечениях.
3. Теплоизоляционный продукт по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что имеет
- степень продольной ориентации TOL(0°±24°) большую или равную 90% под углом плюс или минус 24° к плоскости главных поверхностей, когда минеральные волокна подсчитывают одновременно в поперечном и продольном сечениях, и
- среднюю степень ориентации TOm(0°±24°) большую или равную 85% под углом плюс или минус 24° к плоскости главных поверхностей, когда минеральные волокна подсчитывают в одновременно в поперечном и продольном сечениях.
4. Теплоизоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1 или 2, причем минеральные волокна имеют микронейр в диапазоне от 8 до 15 л/мин.
5. Теплоизоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1 или 2, имеющий коэффициент теплопроводности меньший или равный 32 мВт/(м·К) и плотность по меньшей мере 15 кг/м3, предпочтительно от 15 до 60 кг/м3, в частности, от 15 до 27 кг/м3 и даже от 18 до 25 кг/м3.
6. Теплоизоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1 или 2, коэффициент теплопроводности которого меньше или равен 29 мВт/(м·К), а плотность составляет по меньшей мере 40 кг/м3, предпочтительно больше или равна 50 кг/м3, даже составляет от 55 до 80 кг/м3, в частности, от 50 до 65 кг/м3 и даже от 55 до 65 кг/м3.
7. Способ получения теплоизоляционного продукта на основе минеральной ваты, включающий следующие этапы:
- получают минеральные волокна путем внутреннего центрифугирования,
- принимают минеральные волокна на приемный конвейер, имеющий скорость V0,
- доставляют минеральные волокна на первую группу конвейеров, причем скорость V1 последнего конвейера первой группы конвейеров составляет от 100% до 105% V0,
- доставляют минеральные волокна на вторую группу конвейеров, причем скорость V2 последнего конвейера второй группы конвейеров составляет от 108% до 120% V0, предпочтительно от 110% до 115% V0.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором все конвейеры второй группы имеют скорость выше, чем у конвейеров первой группы.
9. Способ по п. 7, в котором число конвейеров первой группы составляет от 3 до 10, предпочтительно от 4 до 8, в частности, от 5 до 7.
10. Способ по п. 7, в котором число конвейеров второй группы составляет от 2 до 5, предпочтительно 2 или 3.
11. Способ по п. 7, в котором скорость каждого конвейера первой группы увеличивается на такую же величину, что и для предыдущего конвейера.
12. Способ по п. 7, в котором скорость каждого конвейера второй группы увеличивается на такую же величину, что и для предыдущего конвейера, или скорость каждого следующего конвейера второй группы увеличивается быстрее, чем для предыдущего конвейера.
13. Способ по п. 7, в котором по меньшей мере для двух последних конвейеров минеральные волокна постепенно сжимаются, проходя между по меньшей мере двумя последними конвейерами и по меньшей мере двумя верхними устройствами увлечения.
