Claims (34)
1. Круговое сшивающее устройство для сшивания ткани, содержащее:
(a) узел сшивающей головки, выполненный с возможностью выталкивания скоб в ткань;
(b) узел ствола, причем узел ствола содержит:
(i) множество сегментов сочленения, причем каждый элемент сочленения содержит упругий элемент, причем множество сегментов сочленения выполнено с возможностью поворота относительно друг друга в первом, несжатом, положении и выполнено с возможностью блокировки относительно друг друга для предотвращения поворота во втором, сжатом, положении; и
(c) упор, выполненный с возможностью проксимального втягивания к узлу ствола, причем узел ствола и упор вместе выполнены с возможностью по меньшей мере рассечения или сшивания ткани на основании одного входного сигнала вращения.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором каждый сегмент сочленения включает дистальную часть и проксимальную часть, причем дистальная часть содержит поверхность стенки, имеющую гексагональную форму в поперечном сечении, причем проксимальная часть содержит поверхность стенки, имеющую гексагональную форму в поперечном сечении, причем дистальная часть первого сегмента сочленения выполнена с возможностью приема проксимальной части второго сегмента сочленения.
3. Устройство по п. 2, в котором каждый сегмент содержит зубцы на внутренней поверхности стенки дистальной части и зубцы на внешней поверхности стенки проксимальной части.
4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором зубцы на внутренней поверхности стенки дистальной части первого сегмента выполнены с возможностью зацепления с зубцами на внешней поверхности стенки проксимальной части второго сегмента.
5. Устройство по п. 4, в котором внутренняя поверхность стенки каждой дистальной части содержит прорезь и кольцо, причем кольцо расположено в прорези над зубцами на внутренней поверхности стенки дистальной части, причем кольцо выполнено с возможностью сжатия для приложения сжимающего усилия к зацепленным зубцам первого сегмента и второго сегмента.
6. Устройство по п. 2, в котором внутренняя поверхность стенки каждой дистальной части содержит прорезь и кольцо, причем кольцо выполнено с возможностью сжатия под сжимающим усилием, приложенным в результате втягивания второго сегмента сочленения к первому сегменту сочленения для блокировки второго сегмента сочленения с первым сегментом сочленения.
7. Устройство по п. 6, в котором проксимальная часть каждого сегмента сочленения содержит эластомерную часть гребня, причем эластомерная часть гребня первого сегмента сочленения выполнена с возможностью сжатия кольца второго сегмента сочленения.
8. Устройство по п. 2, в котором проксимальная часть каждого сегмента сочленения содержит упругий элемент, причем упругий элемент второго сегмента сочленения выполнен с возможностью прижатия к гексагональной поверхности стенки первого сегмента сочленения.
9. Устройство по п. 8, в котором упругий элемент дополнительно содержит пару упругих штырьков, направленных проксимально мимо проксимального конца проксимальной части каждого сегмента сочленения в несжатом положении, причем пара упругих штырьков выполнена с возможностью прижатия к гексагональной поверхности стенки первого сегмента сочленения.
10. Устройство по п. 2, в котором множество сегментов сочленения содержит канал, причем канал выполнен с возможностью приема натяжного троса, выполненного с возможностью приложения сжимающего усилия в первом направлении для блокировки первого сегмента сочленения со вторым сегментом сочленения.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором канал выполнен с возможностью приема вращательного приводного вала, выполненного с возможностью активации узла сшивающей головки, причем вращательный приводной вал выполнен с возможностью приема натяжного троса.
12. Устройство по п. 11, дополнительно содержащее внешний корпус, расположенный вокруг множества сегментов сочленения, причем вращательный приводной вал содержит гибкую трубку.
13. Устройство по п. 11, в котором вращательный приводной вал содержит множество сегментов сочленения, причем множество сегментов сочленения вращательного приводного вала выполнено с возможностью поворота сегментов относительно друг друга.
14. Устройство по п. 2, в котором первое множество сегментов сочленения образует проксимальную сегментированную часть и второе множество сегментов сочленения образует дистальную сегментированную часть, причем проксимальная сегментированная часть выполнена с возможностью избирательной блокировки независимо от дистальной сегментированной части.
15. Устройство по п. 14, в котором первый трос прикреплен к проксимальной сегментированной части, причем второй трос прикреплен ко второй сегментированной части, причем каждый сегмент сочленения из множества сегментов сочленения выполнен с возможностью поворота относительно других сегментов в первом, несжатом, положении и выполнен с возможностью блокировки по отношению к другому для предотвращения поворота во втором, сжатом, положении.
16. Круговое сшивающее устройство для сшивания ткани, содержащее:
(a) узел сшивающей головки, выполненный с возможностью выталкивания скоб в ткань;
(b) узел ствола, причем узел ствола содержит:
(i) первое множество сегментов сочленения, образующих проксимальную сегментированную часть, и второе множество сегментов сочленения, образующих дистальную сегментированную часть, причем первое множество сегментов сочленения и второе множество сегментов сочленения образуют канал, причем проксимальная сегментированная часть выполнена с возможностью избирательной блокировки независимо от дистальной сегментированной части, причем первый элемент прикреплен к проксимальной сегментированной части, причем второй элемент прикреплен к дистальной сегментированной части, причем множество сегментов сочленения выполнено с возможностью поворота относительно друг друга в первом, несжатом, положении и выполнено с возможностью блокировки по отношению друг к другу для предотвращения поворота во втором, сжатом, положении; и
(c) упор, выполненный с возможностью проксимального втягивания к узлу ствола, причем узел ствола и упор вместе выполнены с возможностью по меньшей мере рассечения или сшивания ткани на основании одного входного сигнала вращения.
17. Устройство по п. 16, в котором первый и второй элементы содержат первый и второй тросы, причем первый трос выполнен с возможностью втягивания для размещения сегментов сочленения дистальной сегментированной части во втором, сжатом, положении, причем второй трос выполнен с возможностью независимого втягивания для размещения сегментов сочленения проксимальной сегментированной части во втором, сжатом, положении.
18. Устройство по п. 17, в котором первый трос выполнен с возможностью выдвижения для размещения сегментов сочленения дистальной сегментированной части в первом, несжатом, положении, причем второй трос выполнен с возможностью независимого выдвижения для размещения сегментов сочленения проксимальной сегментированной части в первом, несжатом, положении.
19. Устройство по п. 16, в котором первый элемент содержит внешний ствол, причем внешний ствол расположен в канале, причем второй элемент содержит внутренний ствол, причем внутренний ствол расположен во внешнем стволе.
20. Способ использования кругового сшивающего устройства для сшивания ткани, причем устройство включает узел рукоятки, узел ствола и упор, причем упор выполнен с возможностью втягивания к узлу ствола для по меньшей мере рассечения или сшивания ткани на основании одного входного сигнала вращения, причем узел ствола включает множество сегментов сочленения, причем способ включает:
(a) поворот сегментов сочленения относительно друг друга для обеспечения гибкой секции ствола;
(b) продвижение гибкой секции ствола вдоль извилистой траектории;
(c) втягивание сегментов сочленения к узлу рукоятки;
(d) сжатие упругих элементов сегментов сочленения, таким образом происходит блокировка сегментов сочленения для обеспечения жесткой секции ствола;
(e) зажимание ткани между упором и узлом ствола путем проксимального втягивания упора к узлу ствола и
(f) сшивание зажатой ткани.
