Claims (32)
1. Система, содержащая находящийся в транспортном средстве компьютер, содержащий процессор и память, при этом находящийся в транспортном средстве компьютер запрограммирован
определять, что руки водителя находятся в по меньшей мере одном заранее заданном положении в транспортном средстве, причем это по меньшей мере одно заранее заданное положение включает в себя положение на рулевом колесе;
определять, что пассажир транспортного средства находится в безопасном положении относительно человекомашинного интерфейса; и
предоставлять пассажиру доступ к человекомашинному интерфейсу так, чтобы пассажир мог осуществлять доступ к операциям компьютера, которые недоступны водителю.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой упомянутое по меньшей мере одно заранее заданное положение дополнительно включает в себя рукоятку рычага переключения передач транспортного средства.
3. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая множество датчиков для предоставления входных сигналов для определения того, находятся ли руки водителя в упомянутом по меньшей мере одном заранее заданном положении.
4. Система по п. 3, в которой датчики включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из множества датчиков электрокардиограммы и по меньшей мере одного емкостного датчика.
5. Система по п. 3, в которой датчики включают в себя датчик на устройстве отображения человекомашинного интерфейса.
6. Система по п. 3, в которой компьютер дополнительно запрограммирован выполнять подтверждение корректности для определения того, представляют ли сигналы с датчиков сердцебиение человека.
7. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая множество датчиков для предоставления входных сигналов для определения того, находится ли пассажир в безопасном положении.
8. Система по п. 7, в которой датчики включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из датчика веса, камеры и датчика, включенного в систему классификации пассажиров (OCS).
9. Система по п. 1, в которой компьютер дополнительно запрограммирован:
определять, что водитель инструктирует пассажира в отношении работы человекомашинного интерфейса; и
аннулировать доступ пассажира к операциям компьютера, которые недоступны водителю.
10. Система по п. 1, в которой определение того, что руки водителя находятся в упомянутом по меньшей мере одном заранее заданном положении, включает в себя определение того, что ладони и пальцы обеих рук водителя находятся на рулевом колесе.
11. Система по п. 1, в которой человекомашинный интерфейс включает в себя по меньшей мере одно из визуального устройства отображения, сенсорного экрана, динамика и микрофона.
12. Способ, содержащий этапы, на которых
определяют, что руки водителя находятся в по меньшей мере одном заранее заданном положении в транспортном средстве, причем это по меньшей мере одно заданное положение включает в себя положение на рулевом колесе,
определяют, что пассажир транспортного средства находится в безопасном положении относительно человекомашинного интерфейса; и
предоставляют пассажиру доступ к человекомашинному интерфейсу так, чтобы пассажир мог осуществлять доступ к операциям компьютера, которые недоступны водителю.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором упомянутое по меньшей мере одно заранее заданное положение дополнительно включает в себя рукоятку рычага переключения передач транспортного средства.
14. Способ по п. 12, в котором множество датчиков предоставляют входные сигналы для определения того, находятся ли руки водителя в упомянутом по меньшей мере одном заранее заданном положении.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором датчики включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из множества датчиков электрокардиограммы и по меньшей мере одного емкостного датчика.
16. Способ по п. 14, в котором датчики включают в себя датчик на устройстве отображения человекомашинного интерфейса.
17. Способ по п. 14, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором выполняют подтверждение корректности для определения того, представляют ли сигналы с датчиков сердцебиение человека.
18. Способ по п. 12, в котором множество датчиков предоставляют входные сигналы для определения того, находится ли пассажир в безопасном положении.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором датчики включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из датчика веса, камеры и датчика, включенного в систему классификации пассажиров (OCS).
20. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий этапы, на которых
определяют, что водитель инструктирует пассажира в отношении работы человекомашинного интерфейса; и
аннулируют доступ пассажира к операциям компьютера, которые недоступны водителю.
21. Способ по п. 12, в котором при определении того, что руки водителя находятся в упомянутом по меньшей мере одном заранее заданном положении определяют, что ладони и пальцы обеих рук водителя находятся на рулевом колесе.
22. Способ по п. 12, в котором человекомашинный интерфейс включает в себя по меньшей мере одно из визуального устройства отображения, сенсорного экрана, динамика и микрофона.
