Abstract
1. Трубопровод, имеющий термостойкий и коррозионно-устойчивый плакирующий слой, который имеет превосходную обрабатываемость, причем трубопровод включает многослойное плакирующее покрытие, включающее:плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий низкое содержание Ni, сформированный в качестве первого слоя на поверхности базового стального трубопровода;еще один плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий высокое содержание Ni, осажденный в качестве второго слоя на плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава с низким содержанием Ni, сформированный как первый слой; ихроматную пленку, сформированную на плакирующем слое из ZnNi-сплава с высоким содержанием Ni, сформированном в качестве второго слоя.2. Трубопровод, имеющий термостойкий и коррозионно-устойчивый плакирующий слой, который имеет превосходную обрабатываемость, причем трубопровод включает многослойное плакирующее покрытие, включающее:плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий содержание Ni от 5 до 9%, и толщину слоя от 3 до 9 мкм, сформированный в качестве первого слоя на поверхности базового стального трубопровода;еще один плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий содержание Ni от 10 до 15% и толщину слоя от 1 до 3 мкм, осажденный в качестве второго слоя на плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, сформированный как первый слой; ихроматную пленку, сформированную на плакирующем слое из ZnNi-сплава, сформированном в качестве второго слоя.
Claims (2)
1. Трубопровод, имеющий термостойкий и коррозионно-устойчивый плакирующий слой, который имеет превосходную обрабатываемость, причем трубопровод включает многослойное плакирующее покрытие, включающее:
плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий низкое содержание Ni, сформированный в качестве первого слоя на поверхности базового стального трубопровода;
еще один плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий высокое содержание Ni, осажденный в качестве второго слоя на плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава с низким содержанием Ni, сформированный как первый слой; и
хроматную пленку, сформированную на плакирующем слое из ZnNi-сплава с высоким содержанием Ni, сформированном в качестве второго слоя.
2. Трубопровод, имеющий термостойкий и коррозионно-устойчивый плакирующий слой, который имеет превосходную обрабатываемость, причем трубопровод включает многослойное плакирующее покрытие, включающее:
плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий содержание Ni от 5 до 9%, и толщину слоя от 3 до 9 мкм, сформированный в качестве первого слоя на поверхности базового стального трубопровода;
еще один плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, имеющий содержание Ni от 10 до 15% и толщину слоя от 1 до 3 мкм, осажденный в качестве второго слоя на плакирующий слой из ZnNi-сплава, сформированный как первый слой; и
хроматную пленку, сформированную на плакирующем слое из ZnNi-сплава, сформированном в качестве второго слоя.
