Abstract
1. Система для заполнения биологического пространства пациента, содержащая:a) металлическое расширяемое тело, содержащее: дистальную область; проксимальную область, в общем, расположенную напротив дистальной области; промежуточную область перехода от дистальной области к проксимальной области; центральную ось, проходящую проксимально-дистально от проксимальной области до дистальной области; и стенку, проходящую, в общем, непрерывно через промежуточную область от дистальной области к проксимальной области с образованием наружной поверхности расширяемого тела и внутренней поверхности расширяемого тела, причем внутренняя поверхность образует центральный объем расширяемого тела, при этом расширяемое тело выполнено с возможностью расширения из поставляемой конфигурации в расширенную конфигурацию; иb) устройство доставки, содержащее: проходящий в продольном направлении корпус, который содержит проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, в общем, расположенный напротив проксимального конца, при этом дистальный конец устройства доставки функционально соединен с проксимальной областью расширяемого тела,c) в которой, когда расширяемое тело находится в поставляемой конфигурации, стенка принимает гофрированную конфигурацию, содержащую множество складок, сложенных в направлении по часовой стрелке по отношению к центральной оси, или в направлении против часовой стрелки по отношению к центральной оси для формирования сложенной области расширяемого тела,d) причем устройство доставки включает полый цилиндрический элемент, который образует просвет, чтобы позволить прохождение текучей среды из проксимального конца устро
Claims (33)
1. Система для заполнения биологического пространства пациента, содержащая:
a) металлическое расширяемое тело, содержащее: дистальную область; проксимальную область, в общем, расположенную напротив дистальной области; промежуточную область перехода от дистальной области к проксимальной области; центральную ось, проходящую проксимально-дистально от проксимальной области до дистальной области; и стенку, проходящую, в общем, непрерывно через промежуточную область от дистальной области к проксимальной области с образованием наружной поверхности расширяемого тела и внутренней поверхности расширяемого тела, причем внутренняя поверхность образует центральный объем расширяемого тела, при этом расширяемое тело выполнено с возможностью расширения из поставляемой конфигурации в расширенную конфигурацию; и
b) устройство доставки, содержащее: проходящий в продольном направлении корпус, который содержит проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, в общем, расположенный напротив проксимального конца, при этом дистальный конец устройства доставки функционально соединен с проксимальной областью расширяемого тела,
c) в которой, когда расширяемое тело находится в поставляемой конфигурации, стенка принимает гофрированную конфигурацию, содержащую множество складок, сложенных в направлении по часовой стрелке по отношению к центральной оси, или в направлении против часовой стрелки по отношению к центральной оси для формирования сложенной области расширяемого тела,

17. Система по п. 14, в которой один из проводов находится в электрическом сообщении с открытой металлической поверхностью кольцеобразной области шейки.
