Abstract
1. Многополюсный синхронный радиочастотный абляционный катетер для легочной артерии, содержащий ручку (2) управления, корпус (1) катетера и круглое кольцо (4); причемручка (2) управления снабжена регулировочным устройством;корпус (1) катетера выполнен полым, ав корпусе катетера выполнена полость, в которой расположены токоподводящая проволока (6), проволока (7), чувствительная к температуре, и вытяжная проволока (8);один конец корпуса катетера выполнен гибким, причем гибкий конец (3) соединен с круглым кольцом (4); другой конец корпуса катетера соединен с ручкой (2) управления;один конец вытяжной проволоки (8) соединен с гибким концом (3), а другой конец вытяжной проволоки (8) соединен с регулировочным устройством на ручке управления, причем регулировочное устройство регулирует натяжение вытяжной проволоки для регулировки округлой части гибкого конца;проволока (12) с памятью формы выполнена в круглом кольце,один конец проволоки с памятью формы проходит до конца круглого кольца (4), а другой конец проволоки с памятью формы проходит через основание круглого кольца и закреплен на гибком конце (3) корпуса катетера;круглое кольцо снабжено группой электродов, а каждый электрод (5) соединен с токоподводящей проволокой и проволокой (7), чувствительной к температуре;причем токоподводящая проволока (6) и проволока (7), чувствительная к температуре, проходят через корпус (1) катетера и электрически связаны с ручкой (2) управления.2. Катетер по п. 1, в котором в полости корпуса катетера выполнена подающая трубка, а в электроде выполнено сквозное отверстие (15); подающая трубка проходит сквозь круглое кольцо и соединена с электродом; переливаемая текучая среда вытекает из сквозного отверстия.3. Claims (10)
1. Многополюсный синхронный радиочастотный абляционный катетер для легочной артерии, содержащий ручку (2) управления, корпус (1) катетера и круглое кольцо (4); причем
ручка (2) управления снабжена регулировочным устройством;
корпус (1) катетера выполнен полым, а
в корпусе катетера выполнена полость, в которой расположены токоподводящая проволока (6), проволока (7), чувствительная к температуре, и вытяжная проволока (8);
один конец корпуса катетера выполнен гибким, причем гибкий конец (3) соединен с круглым кольцом (4); другой конец корпуса катетера соединен с ручкой (2) управления;
один конец вытяжной проволоки (8) соединен с гибким концом (3), а другой конец вытяжной проволоки (8) соединен с регулировочным устройством на ручке управления, причем регулировочное устройство регулирует натяжение вытяжной проволоки для регулировки округлой части гибкого конца;
проволока (12) с памятью формы выполнена в круглом кольце,
один конец проволоки с памятью формы проходит до конца круглого кольца (4), а другой конец проволоки с памятью формы проходит через основание круглого кольца и закреплен на гибком конце (3) корпуса катетера;
круглое кольцо снабжено группой электродов, а каждый электрод (5) соединен с токоподводящей проволокой и проволокой (7), чувствительной к температуре;
причем токоподводящая проволока (6) и проволока (7), чувствительная к температуре, проходят через корпус (1) катетера и электрически связаны с ручкой (2) управления.
2. Катетер по п. 1, в котором в полости корпуса катетера выполнена подающая трубка, а в электроде выполнено сквозное отверстие (15); подающая трубка проходит сквозь круглое кольцо и соединена с электродом; переливаемая текучая среда вытекает из сквозного отверстия.
3. Катетер по п. 1, в котором электрод на круглом кольце выполнен из материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из сплава платины и иридия, золота, сплава нержавеющей стали или сплава никеля, причем выполнено от 3 до 30 электродов, диаметр электрода составляет от 1,3 до 2,0 мм, длина составляет от 1,2 до 4 мм, а расстояние от края до края между соседними электродами составляет от 0,5 до 10 мм.
4. Катетер по п. 1, в котором гибкий конец корпуса катетера выполнен с расточенным отверстием, причем внутренний диаметр расточенного отверстия соответствует внешнему диаметру основания круглого кольца, а основание круглого кольца вставлено в расточенное отверстие и закреплено внутри него.
5. Катетер по п. 1, в котором гибкий конец (3) корпуса катетера снабжен пазом, а в пазу выполнен соединитель (11), причем один конец соединителя соединен с вытяжной проволокой (8), а другой конец соединителя соединен с проволокой (12) с памятью формы.
6. Катетер по п. 1, в котором материал проволоки с памятью формы в круглом кольце представляет собой сплав с памятью формы, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сплава никеля и титана, нержавеющей стали или титана, причем диаметр проволоки составляет от 0,25 до 0,5 мм, диаметр круглого кольца составляет от 12 до 40 мм.
7. Катетер по п. 1, в котором гибкий конец корпуса катетера выполнен из медицинских полимерных материалов и имеет длину от 30 до 80 мм.
8. Катетер по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором соединение обеспечено посредством УФ-отверждаемого адгезива.
9. Катетер по п. 1, в котором соединение между гибким концом и круглым кольцом уплотнено.
10. Катетер по п. 1, в котором вытяжная проволока выполнена из нержавеющей стали или сплава титана и никеля; внешняя сторона вытяжной проволоки снабжена винтовой пружиной (13), а внешняя сторона винтовой пружины снабжена пружинной втулкой (14), выполненной из полиимидного материала.
