Description
Claims (20)
- 中空が形成されたシリンダー部材と、
前記シリンダー部材に取り付けられて熱を発生させる1つ以上の電極と、
前記シリンダー部材に印刷され、前記電極に連結されて前記電極への電源供給経路を提供する電源供給配線と、を含むことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記シリンダー部材は、前記中空の長手方向に沿って前記中空の一端から他端に至る2つの辺が結合固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シリンダー部材は、前記2つの辺の一方に突起が備えられ、他方に挿込溝が備えられ、前記突起が前記挿込溝に挿し込まれることで、前記2つの辺が結合固定されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シリンダー部材は、
一端部から他端部まで電源供給配線が印刷された第1シリンダーと、
前記第1シリンダーと同軸であって、前記第1シリンダーから前記中空の長手方向に所定距離離隔した第2シリンダーと、
一端部が前記第1シリンダーに連結され、他端部が前記第2シリンダーに連結されるように構成され、前記電極が外側面に取り付けられ、前記第1シリンダーの電源供給配線と連結されるように一端部から少なくとも前記電極が取り付けられた部分まで電源供給配線が印刷された連結部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記連結部は、前記第1シリンダーと前記第2シリンダーとの距離が短くなる場合、少なくとも一部分が折り曲げられて折曲部分が前記中空から遠くなるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記連結部は、複数備えられ、
前記電極は、2つ以上の連結部にそれぞれ取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記第1シリンダー及び前記第2シリンダーの少なくとも1つは、前記連結部が連結される側面に前記中空の長手方向に段差または傾斜が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記電極、及び一端が前記電極に連結された前記電源供給配線が複数備えられ、
前記複数の電源供給配線のうち少なくとも2つの電源供給配線の他端が連結され、1つ以上の電源入力ラインが連結され、1つの電源入力ラインから供給された電源を2つ以上の電源供給配線に分配して出力する分配ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記分配ユニットは、マルチプレクサを用いて具現されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シリンダー部材は、円筒状に形成され、
前記分配ユニットは、前記シリンダー部材の内壁面に取り付けられて前記シリンダー部材の内側面に対応するように、湾曲した形態に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記分配ユニットは、曲げ自在に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記分配ユニットは、中空が形成された管状で構成され、前記シリンダー部材と同軸で前記シリンダー部材の一端部に結合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 温度センシング部材と、
前記シリンダー部材に印刷され、前記温度センシング部材に連結されて前記温度センシング部材によってセンシングされた温度情報を伝送する経路を提供する温度センシング配線と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 触覚センシング部材と、
前記シリンダー部材に印刷され、前記触覚センシング部材に連結されて前記触覚センシング部材によってセンシングされた触覚情報を伝送する経路を提供する触覚センシング配線と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 一方向に長く延びた形態に形成され、長手方向に沿って内部空間が形成され、前記シリンダー部材の一端部に結合されるシャフト体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シャフト体は、前記シリンダー部材に印刷された電源供給配線の少なくとも一部と接続する電源供給端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シリンダー部材及び前記シャフト体の少なくとも1つは、前記シリンダー部材と前記シャフト体との結合方向をガイドする結合ガイド部を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シリンダー部材の他端部に結合される端部チップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 板状のシリンダー部材を用意する段階と、
前記板状のシリンダー部材に電源供給配線を印刷する段階と、
前記印刷された電源供給配線に連結されるように前記板状のシリンダー部材に電極を取り付ける段階と、
前記シリンダー部材の対向する2つの辺が隣接するように前記シリンダー部材を曲げて中空のシリンダー形態を形成する段階と、
前記曲げられて隣接したシリンダー部材の2つの辺を結合固定する段階と、を含むことを特徴とするカテーテルの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルを含む除神経装置。
