Abstract
1. Склеенное абразивное изделие, состоящее из оформленных абразивных частиц и связующего вещества, содержащего керамическую связку, у каждой из упомянутых абразивных частиц есть передняя сторона и задняя сторона, разделенные толщиной t, где упомянутая передняя сторона представляет собой переднюю поверхность, имеющую периметр передней геометрической формы, где толщина t равна или менее величины длины самой короткой стороны частицы.2. Изделие по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее вторичные абразивные частицы.3. Изделие по п. 2, в котором оформленные и вторичные абразивные частицы независимо друг от друга отбираются из частиц материалов плавленого оксида алюминия, материалов термически обработанного оксида алюминия, материалов керамического оксида алюминия, материалов спеченного оксида алюминия, материалов карборунда, диборида титана, карбида бора, карбида вольфрама, карбида титана, алмаза, кубического нитрида бора, граната, циркониевого электрокорунда, золь-гелевых производных абразивных частиц, оксида церия, оксида циркония, оксида титана и его соединений.4. Изделие по пп. 2 и 3, в котором вторичные абразивные частицы отбираются из дробленных абразивных частиц, имеющих определенную маркировку.5. Изделие по п. 4, в котором дробленые абразивные частицы меньше по размеру, чем оформленные абразивные частицы.6. Изделие по п. 3, содержащее от 10 до 80% по объему упомянутые оформленные абразивные частицы и от 1 до 60% по объему упомянутое связующее вещество.7. Изделие по п. 3, в котором упомянутая керамическая связка содержит от общей массы керамической связки, 25 до 90% по весу SiO; 0 до 40% по весу BO; 0 до 40% по весу AlO; 0 до 5% по весу FeO; 0 до 5%
Claims (11)
1. Склеенное абразивное изделие, состоящее из оформленных абразивных частиц и связующего вещества, содержащего керамическую связку, у каждой из упомянутых абразивных частиц есть передняя сторона и задняя сторона, разделенные толщиной t, где упомянутая передняя сторона представляет собой переднюю поверхность, имеющую периметр передней геометрической формы, где толщина t равна или менее величины длины самой короткой стороны частицы.
2. Изделие по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее вторичные абразивные частицы.
3. Изделие по п. 2, в котором оформленные и вторичные абразивные частицы независимо друг от друга отбираются из частиц материалов плавленого оксида алюминия, материалов термически обработанного оксида алюминия, материалов керамического оксида алюминия, материалов спеченного оксида алюминия, материалов карборунда, диборида титана, карбида бора, карбида вольфрама, карбида титана, алмаза, кубического нитрида бора, граната, циркониевого электрокорунда, золь-гелевых производных абразивных частиц, оксида церия, оксида циркония, оксида титана и его соединений.
4. Изделие по пп. 2 и 3, в котором вторичные абразивные частицы отбираются из дробленных абразивных частиц, имеющих определенную маркировку.
5. Изделие по п. 4, в котором дробленые абразивные частицы меньше по размеру, чем оформленные абразивные частицы.
6. Изделие по п. 3, содержащее от 10 до 80% по объему упомянутые оформленные абразивные частицы и от 1 до 60% по объему упомянутое связующее вещество.
7. Изделие по п. 3, в котором упомянутая керамическая связка содержит от общей массы керамической связки, 25 до 90% по весу SiO2; 0 до 40% по весу B2O3; 0 до 40% по весу Al2O3; 0 до 5% по весу Fe2O3; 0 до 5% по весу TiO2; 0 до 20% по весу СаО; 0 до 20% по весу MgO; 0 до 20% по весу K2O; 0 до 25% по весу Na2O; 0 до 20% по весу Li2O; 0 до 10% по весу ZnO; 0 до 10% по весу ВаО; и 0 до 5% по весу металлических оксидов.
8. Изделие по п. 3, в котором упомянутая передняя геометрическая форма отбирается из треугольных фигур и четырехугольных фигур.
9. Склеенное абразивное изделие по п. 3, в котором изделие содержит смесь из упомянутых оформленных абразивных частиц и вторичных абразивных частиц, где количество оформленных абразивных частиц находится в пределах от 20 до 60% по весу, рассчитывая от общей массы абразивных частиц в смеси.
10. Применение изделия по п. 3 в высокопроизводительных шлифовальных устройствах.
11. Применение по п. 10 шлифования по внешнему диаметру с Q′w как минимум 1,5 мм3/мм/с, шлифования по внутреннему диаметру с Q′w как минимум 1 мм3/мм/с, плоское шлифование с Q′w как минимум 1,5 мм3/мм/с, профильного шлифования с Q′w как минимум 3 мм3/мм/с, профильного шлифования с способом обката с Q′w как минимум 8 мм3/мм/с, глубинного шлифования с Q′w как минимум 4 мм3/мм/с, и шлифования кулачковых валов с Q′w как минимум 8 мм3/мм/с.
