Claims (1)

  1. Способ обнаружения трансформанта сои pDAB9582.814.19.1 в образце, содержащем ДНК сои, который включает:
    (а) приведение указанного образца в контакт с первым праймером длиной по меньшей мере 10 п.о., который избирательно связывается с фланкирующей последовательностью в положении пар оснований 1-1400 SEQ ID NO:1 или ее комплементом, и со вторым праймером длиной по меньшей мере 10 п.о., который избирательно связывается с вставочной последовательностью в положении пар оснований 1401-1836 SEQ ID NO:1 или ее комплементом; и
    исследование ампликона, образованного между указанными праймерами; или
    (b) приведение указанного образца в контакт с первым праймером длиной по меньшей мере 10 п.о., который избирательно связывается с вставочной последовательностью в положении пар оснований 1-152 SEQ ID NO:2 или ее комплементом, и со вторым праймером длиной по меньшей мере 10 п.о., который избирательно связывается с фланкирующей последовательностью в положении пар оснований 153-1550 SEQ ID NO:2 или ее комплементом; и
    исследование ампликона, образованного между указанными праймерами.
