Пленка, включающая слой, сформированный из полимерной композиции, содержащей полиамидное соединение (A) и смолу (B),в котором полиамидное соединение (A) включает:от 25 до 50 моль.% диаминового звена, которое содержит по меньшей мере одно диаминовое звено, выбранное из группы, состоящей из ароматического диаминового звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (I-1), алициклического диаминового звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (I-2), и линейного алифатического диаминового звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (I-3), в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше;от 25 до 50 моль.% звена двухосновной карбоновой кислоты, которое содержит звено линейной алифатической двухосновной карбоновой кислоты, представленное следующей общей формулой (II-1), и/или звено ароматической двухосновной карбоновой кислоты, представленное следующей общей формулой (II-2), в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше; иот 0,1 до 50 моль.% составного звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (III):гдев общей формуле (I-3) m представляет собой целое число от 2 до 18;в общей формуле (II-1) n представляет собой целое число от 2 до 18;в общей формуле (II-2) Ar представляет собой ариленовую группу; ив общей формуле (III) R представляет собой замещенную или незамещенную алкильную группу или замещенную или незамещенную арильную группу.2. Пленка по п.1, в которой R в общей формуле (III) представляет собой замещенную или незамещенную алкильную группу, содержащую от 1 до 6 атомов углерода, или замещенную или незамещенную арильную группу, содержащую от 6 до 10 атомов углерода.3. Пленка по п.1, в которой диаминовое звено содержит м-ксилилендиаминовое звено в количестве 50 моль
Claims (12)
1. Пленка, включающая слой, сформированный из полимерной композиции, содержащей полиамидное соединение (A) и смолу (B),
в котором полиамидное соединение (A) включает:
от 25 до 50 моль.% диаминового звена, которое содержит по меньшей мере одно диаминовое звено, выбранное из группы, состоящей из ароматического диаминового звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (I-1), алициклического диаминового звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (I-2), и линейного алифатического диаминового звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (I-3), в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше;
от 25 до 50 моль.% звена двухосновной карбоновой кислоты, которое содержит звено линейной алифатической двухосновной карбоновой кислоты, представленное следующей общей формулой (II-1), и/или звено ароматической двухосновной карбоновой кислоты, представленное следующей общей формулой (II-2), в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше; и
от 0,1 до 50 моль.% составного звена, представленного следующей общей формулой (III):
гдев общей формуле (I-3) m представляет собой целое число от 2 до 18;
в общей формуле (II-1) n представляет собой целое число от 2 до 18;
в общей формуле (II-2) Ar представляет собой ариленовую группу; и
в общей формуле (III) R представляет собой замещенную или незамещенную алкильную группу или замещенную или незамещенную арильную группу.
2. Пленка по п.1, в которой R в общей формуле (III) представляет собой замещенную или незамещенную алкильную группу, содержащую от 1 до 6 атомов углерода, или замещенную или незамещенную арильную группу, содержащую от 6 до 10 атомов углерода.
3. Пленка по п.1, в которой диаминовое звено содержит м-ксилилендиаминовое звено в количестве 50 моль.% или больше.
4. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой звено линейной алифатической двухосновной карбоновой кислоты содержит по меньшей мере одно звено, выбранное из группы, состоящей из звена адипиновой кислоты, звена себациновой кислоты и звена 1,12-додекандикарбоновой кислоты, в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше.
5. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой звено ароматической двухосновной карбоновой кислоты содержит по меньшей мере одно звено, выбранное из группы, состоящей из звена изофталевой кислоты, звена терефталевой кислоты и звена 2,6-нафталиндикарбоновой кислоты, в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше.
6. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой полиамидное соединение (A) дополнительно включает звено ω-аминокарбоновой кислоты, представленное следующей общей формулой (X), в количестве от 0,1 до 49,9 моль.% на общее количество составных звеньев полиамидного соединения (A):
где в общей формуле (X) p представляет собой целое число от 2 до 18.
7. Пленка по п.6, в которой звено ω-аминокарбоновой кислоты содержит звено 6-аминогексановой кислоты и/или звено 12-аминододекановой кислоты в общем количестве 50 моль.% или больше.
8. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой полимерная композиция содержит в качестве смолы (B) по меньшей мере один вид смолы, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полиолефина, сложного полиэфира, полиамида, сополимера винилового спирта и этилена, а также смолы, полученной из растений.
9. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой
полиамидное соединение (A) имеет относительную вязкость 1,8 или больше и 4,2 или меньше, и
массовое соотношение полиамидного соединения (A) к смоле (B) составляет от 5/95 до 95/5.
10. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой
полиамидное соединение (A) имеет относительную вязкость 1,01 или больше и меньше, чем 1,8, и
массовое соотношение полиамидного соединения (A) к смоле (B) составляет от 5/95 до 50/50.
11. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой пленка двухосно растягивается от 1,1 до 15 раз в продольном направлении (MD) и от 1,1 до 15 раз в поперечном направлении (TD).
12. Пленочный упаковочный контейнер, включающий пленку по любому из пп.1-11.
