Abstract
1. Комплект несъемной опалубки для возведения стен здания, сооружения, включающий наружные и внутренние опалубочные панели из листового материала и наборные элементы, образующие пространство для заполнения бетонной смесью, отличающийся тем, что наборные элементы выполнены из стальных гнутых профилей, разъемно соединены между собой и образуют жесткую пространственную конструкцию, пространственная конструкция снабжена элементами жесткости и дистанцерами, а к каждой боковой поверхности пространственной конструкции через дистанцеры прикреплена опалубочная панель, причем пространственная конструкция выполнена в виде модульного элемента.2. Комплект по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стальной гнутый профиль выполнен C-образного сечения из листовой стали с отверстиями на лицевой плоскости профиля, а в элементах жесткости отверстия выполнены в боковых поверхностях, причем отверстия на лицевой плоскости профиля и в боковых поверхностях элементов жесткости предназначены для прохождения бетонной смеси, и/или прокладки инженерных сетей, и/или установки дополнительной арматуры для усиления конструкции возводимой стены.3. Комплект по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дистанцеры выполнены из тепло-звукоизоляционного материала.4. Способ сборки несъемной опалубки заключающийся в том, что С-образные стальные гнутые профили на стенде собирают друг с другом в жесткую пространственную конструкцию в виде модульных элементов, высота которых соизмерима с высотой проема межплитного перекрытия, после чего к вертикальным стойкам модульных элементов через дистанцеры жестко крепят элементы жесткости.5.
