Abstract
1. Конструктивная деталь (10; 70) автотранспортного средства, содержащая:- первый войлочный мат (12) и второй войлочный мат (14), при этом каждый войлочный мат (12, 14) содержит волокна (18) и смолу(20), связывающую волокна (18);- распорку (16), расположенную между первым войлочным матом (12) и вторым войлочным матом (14), при этом первый войлочный мат (12) и второй войлочный мат (14) закреплены на противоположных сторонах (16, 18) распорки (16),отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого мата (14) и второго мата (16) содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% древесных волокон, связанных между собой при помощи смолы (20).2. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что длина древесных волокон меньше 20 мм и предпочтительно находится в пределах от 5 мм до 15 мм, в частности от 7 мм до 12 мм.3. Деталь (10; 70) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что каждый войлочный мат (12, 14) имеет плотность в пределах от 0,8 до 1,2, предпочтительно от 0,9 до 1,1.4. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит количество, не равное нулю и меньшее 45 мас.%, синтетических волокон, предпочтительно полиэфирных волокон и/или двухкомпонентных полиэфирных волокон.5. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшеймере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит в массовых процентах от 60% до 80% древесных волокон, от 10% до 30% синтетических волокон и от 5% до 25% смолы.6. Claims (19)
1. Конструктивная деталь (10; 70) автотранспортного средства, содержащая:
- первый войлочный мат (12) и второй войлочный мат (14), при этом каждый войлочный мат (12, 14) содержит волокна (18) и смолу
(20), связывающую волокна (18);
- распорку (16), расположенную между первым войлочным матом (12) и вторым войлочным матом (14), при этом первый войлочный мат (12) и второй войлочный мат (14) закреплены на противоположных сторонах (16, 18) распорки (16),
отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого мата (14) и второго мата (16) содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% древесных волокон, связанных между собой при помощи смолы (20).
2. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что длина древесных волокон меньше 20 мм и предпочтительно находится в пределах от 5 мм до 15 мм, в частности от 7 мм до 12 мм.
3. Деталь (10; 70) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что каждый войлочный мат (12, 14) имеет плотность в пределах от 0,8 до 1,2, предпочтительно от 0,9 до 1,1.
4. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит количество, не равное нулю и меньшее 45 мас.%, синтетических волокон, предпочтительно полиэфирных волокон и/или двухкомпонентных полиэфирных волокон.
5. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей
мере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит в массовых процентах от 60% до 80% древесных волокон, от 10% до 30% синтетических волокон и от 5% до 25% смолы.
6. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит не равное нулю количество природных волокон, отличных от древесных волокон, при этом массовое количество природных волокон меньше 4 5%.
7. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит не равное нулю количество длинных волокон, длина которых превышает 20 мм и, в частности, составляет от 20 мм до 150 мм, предпочтительно от 30 мм до 100 мм, предпочтительно от 60 мм до 80 мм, при этом длинные волокна предпочтительно являются природными волокнами, отличными от древесных волокон.
8. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что все волокна, по меньшей мере, одного из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) являются древесными волокнами.
9. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что смола (20) является термореактивной смолой, такой как акриловая смола, фенольная смола, полиуретановая смола, эпоксидная смола или метакриловая смола.
10. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что массовое содержание в процентах смолы (20) в каждом из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) меньше 40%, в частности, меньше 25% и предпочтительно находится в пределах от 8% до 20%.
11. Деталь (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) закреплен на распорке (16) при помощи связующего (33).
12. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что толщина распорки (16) составляет от 2 мм до 100 мм и, в частности, составляет от 5 мм до 20 мм.
13. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностная плотность распорки (16) меньше поверхностной плотности каждого из двух матов - первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) и предпочтительно находится в пределах от 50 г/м2 до 1000 г/м2, в частности от 400 г/м2 до 800г/м2.
14. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что распорка (16) имеет ячеистый корпус, предпочтительно корпус в виде сотовой структуры.
15. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 14, отличающаяся тем, что распорка (16) выполнена из бумаги или картона.
16. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она является термостойкой.
17. Деталь (10; 70) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она образует пол автотранспортного средства, такой как пол салона или пол и половое перекрытие багажника, дверную панель, задний столик, спинку сидения 2-го и 3-го рядов или стенку,
ограничивающую багажное пространство.
18. Способ изготовления конструктивной детали (10; 70) автотранспортного средства, содержащий следующие этапы:
- формование в горячей форме первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) одновременно или раздельно, при этом каждый войлочный мат (12, 14) содержит волокна (18) и смолу (20), связывающую волокна (18), при этом, по меньшей мере, один
из первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% древесных волокон, связанных между собой при помощи смолы;
- размещение распорки (16) между первым войлочным матом (12) и вторым войлочным матом (14);
- крепление первого войлочного мата (12) и второго войлочного мата (14) на противоположных сторонах (26, 28) распорки (16).
19. Способ по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что этап формования и этап крепления осуществляют в одной горячей форме (40), при этом размещают центральный сердечник (46) в форме (40) между войлочными матами (12, 14) на этапе формования каждого войлочного мата (12, 14) и извлекают центральный сердечник (4 6) из формы (40) для установки распорки (16) между первым войлочным матом (12) и вторым войлочным матом (14) на этапе крепления.
