peça estrutural de veículo automotivo e processo de fabricação de uma peça estrutural de veículo automotivo a presente invenção trata de uma peça estrutural (10; 70) de veículo automotivo, do tipo que compreende uma primeira manta (12) de feltro e uma segunda manta (14) de feltro, sendo que cada manta (12,14) de feltro compreende fibras (18) e uma resina (20) que liga as fibras (18); um afastador (16) interposto entre a primeira manta (12) de feltro e a segunda manta (14) de feltro, a primeira manta (12) de feltro e a segunda manta (14) de feltro são fixadas sobre faces opostas (16,18) do afastador (16); em que pelo menos uma entre a primeira manta (14) e a segunda manta (16) comporta pelo menos 50% em massa de fibras de madeira ligadas entre si pela resina (20).
