Abstract

1. Виниловая лента для антикоррозионной и механической защиты, характеризующаяся тем, что адгезивная часть содержит:от приблизительно 30,7 до приблизительно 34,0% по массе твердой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR);от приблизительно 0,57 до приблизительно 0,63% по массе антиоксиданта;от приблизительно 9,7 до приблизительно 12,9% по массе углеводородной смолы;от приблизительно 1,52 до приблизительно 1,68% по массе оксида цинка;от приблизительно 8,7 до приблизительно 9,5% по массе жидкой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR);от приблизительно 4,0 до приблизительно 4,4% по массе алюминий гидросиликата;от приблизительно 5,5 до приблизительно 7,5% по массе диизононилфталата;от приблизительно 0,66 до приблизительно 0,74% по массе сажи;от приблизительно 1,5 до приблизительно 1,7% по массе аморфного кремнезема;иот приблизительно 25,8 до приблизительно 38,8% по массе карбоната магния и кальция.2. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что адгезивная часть содержит, предпочтительно, 32,3% по массе твердой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR), 0,6% по массе антиоксиданта, 11,3% по массе углеводородной смолы, 1,6% по массе оксида цинка, 9,1% по массе жидкой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR), 4,2% по массе алюминий гидросиликата, 6,5% по массе диизононилфталата, 0,7% по массе сажи, 1,6% по массе аморфного кремнезема и 32,1% по массе карбоната магния и кальция, исходя из общей массы состава.3. Виниловая лента для антикоррозионной и механической защиты, характеризующаяся тем, что содержит адгезивную часть в соответствии с п.1 и дополнительно содержит неадгезивную часть, содержащую виниловую основу, имеющую толщину от 0,20 до 0,40 мм.

Claims (3)

1. Виниловая лента для антикоррозионной и механической защиты, характеризующаяся тем, что адгезивная часть содержит:
от приблизительно 30,7 до приблизительно 34,0% по массе твердой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR);
от приблизительно 0,57 до приблизительно 0,63% по массе антиоксиданта;
от приблизительно 9,7 до приблизительно 12,9% по массе углеводородной смолы;
от приблизительно 1,52 до приблизительно 1,68% по массе оксида цинка;
от приблизительно 8,7 до приблизительно 9,5% по массе жидкой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR);
от приблизительно 4,0 до приблизительно 4,4% по массе алюминий гидросиликата;
от приблизительно 5,5 до приблизительно 7,5% по массе диизононилфталата;
от приблизительно 0,66 до приблизительно 0,74% по массе сажи;
от приблизительно 1,5 до приблизительно 1,7% по массе аморфного кремнезема;
и
от приблизительно 25,8 до приблизительно 38,8% по массе карбоната магния и кальция.
2. Лента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что адгезивная часть содержит, предпочтительно, 32,3% по массе твердой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR), 0,6% по массе антиоксиданта, 11,3% по массе углеводородной смолы, 1,6% по массе оксида цинка, 9,1% по массе жидкой бутадиен-акрилонитрильной резины (NBR), 4,2% по массе алюминий гидросиликата, 6,5% по массе диизононилфталата, 0,7% по массе сажи, 1,6% по массе аморфного кремнезема и 32,1% по массе карбоната магния и кальция, исходя из общей массы состава.
3. Виниловая лента для антикоррозионной и механической защиты, характеризующаяся тем, что содержит адгезивную часть в соответствии с п.1 и дополнительно содержит неадгезивную часть, содержащую виниловую основу, имеющую толщину от 0,20 до 0,40 мм.
