Abstract
1. Водная огнезащитная композиция для минеральных волокон, в частности стекловолокна или другого минерального волокна, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит:- по меньшей мере, один термопластичный или термоотверждающийся полимер;- гидроксид магния Mg(ОН)и гидроксид алюминия AlOOH в качестве огнезащитных веществ; и- необязательно технический углерод.2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что термопластичный или термоотверждающийся полимер представляет собой сополимер стирола и бутадиена (SBR), сополимер этилена и винилхлорида, поливинилиденхлорид, который может быть или не быть модифицированным, поливиниловый спирт, сополимер этилена и винилацетата (EVA), поливинилацетат, сополимер этилакрилата и метилметакрилата, некарбоксилатный сополимер акрилата и акрилонитрила, карбоксилатный бутилакрилат, сополимер поливинилиденхлорида и акриловой кислоты, сополимер метилметакрилата и стирола, сополимер акриловой кислоты и стирола или сополимер полиакриловой кислоты, или мочевиноформальдегидный полимер, меламиноформальдегидный полимер или фенолоформальдегидный полимер.3. Композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что полимер представляет собой акриловый полимер, мочевиноформальдегидный полимер или смесь указанных полимеров.4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что массовое содержание полимера в огнезащитной композициисоставляет от 20% до 95%, предпочтительно от 40% до 95% суммарной массы термоотверждающегося полимера, Mg(ОН)и AlOOH.5. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что массовое содержание Mg(ОН)и AlOOH составляет от 5% до 80%, предпочтительно от 5% до 60% суммарной массы термоотверждающегося полимера, Mg(ОН)и AlOOH.6. Claims (16)
1. Водная огнезащитная композиция для минеральных волокон, в частности стекловолокна или другого минерального волокна, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит:
- по меньшей мере, один термопластичный или термоотверждающийся полимер;
- гидроксид магния Mg(ОН)2 и гидроксид алюминия AlOOH в качестве огнезащитных веществ; и
- необязательно технический углерод.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что термопластичный или термоотверждающийся полимер представляет собой сополимер стирола и бутадиена (SBR), сополимер этилена и винилхлорида, поливинилиденхлорид, который может быть или не быть модифицированным, поливиниловый спирт, сополимер этилена и винилацетата (EVA), поливинилацетат, сополимер этилакрилата и метилметакрилата, некарбоксилатный сополимер акрилата и акрилонитрила, карбоксилатный бутилакрилат, сополимер поливинилиденхлорида и акриловой кислоты, сополимер метилметакрилата и стирола, сополимер акриловой кислоты и стирола или сополимер полиакриловой кислоты, или мочевиноформальдегидный полимер, меламиноформальдегидный полимер или фенолоформальдегидный полимер.
3. Композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что полимер представляет собой акриловый полимер, мочевиноформальдегидный полимер или смесь указанных полимеров.
4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что массовое содержание полимера в огнезащитной композиции
составляет от 20% до 95%, предпочтительно от 40% до 95% суммарной массы термоотверждающегося полимера, Mg(ОН)2 и AlOOH.
5. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что массовое содержание Mg(ОН)2 и AlOOH составляет от 5% до 80%, предпочтительно от 5% до 60% суммарной массы термоотверждающегося полимера, Mg(ОН)2 и AlOOH.
6. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что массовое соотношение Mg(ОН)2 и AlOOH составляет от 0,3:0,7 до 0,7:0,3, предпочтительно от 0,4:0,6 до 0,7:0,3 и преимущественно равно 0,5:0,5.
7. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один минеральный наполнитель, такой как карбонат кальция, глина, тальк или слюда, предпочтительно карбонат кальция.
8. Композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что содержание наполнителей может составлять не более чем 30%, предпочтительно не более чем 25% и преимущественно не более чем 22% суммарной массы термоотверждающегося полимера, Mg(ОН)2 и AlOOH.
9. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что содержание технического углерода составляет от 10% до 30%, предпочтительно от 15% до 30% и преимущественно от 20% до 28% суммарной массы термоотверждающегося полимера, Mg(ОН)2 и AlOOH.
10. Мат на основе нетканых минеральных волокон, отличающийся тем, что минеральные волокна обработаны водной огнезащитной композицией по любому из пп. 1-9.
11. Мат по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что волокно представляет собой стекловолокно или волокно из другого минерала, в частности базальта или волластонита.
12. Мат по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что минеральные волокна представляют собой волоски, состоящие из множества волосков нити (основные нити) или объединения указанных основных нитей в ровницы.
13. Мат по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит синтетические или натуральные органические волокна, предпочтительно полиэтиленовые волокна.
14. Мат по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что его поверхностная плотность составляет от 10 до 1100 г/м2, предпочтительно от 30 до 350 г/м2, преимущественно от 35 до 75 г/м2.
15. Мат по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что огнезащитная композиция составляет от 7% до 30%, предпочтительно от 10% до 25% массы мата из минерального волокна при расчете на основании твердых материалов.
16. Мат по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что волокна изготовлены из стекла.
