Claims (27)
1. Слой подложки (10; 20) многослойной изолирующей панели (100) для строительных конструкций, включающий:
- газонепроницаемый армирующий слой (1), имеющий первую поверхность (F1) и противолежащую вторую поверхность (F2);
- огнестойкий слой (2), функционально связанный с упомянутой первой поверхностью (F1) армирующего слоя (1).
2. Слой по п. 1, в котором упомянутый огнестойкий слой (2) выполнен из расширяемого материала.
3. Слой по п. 2, в котором упомянутый огнестойкий слой (2) содержит вспениваемый графит.
4. Слой по п. 3, в котором упомянутый огнестойкий слой (2) выполнен при использовании смеси, содержащей:
- пластифицирующую смолу при процентном уровне содержания, заключенном в диапазоне от 40% до 55%;
- вспениваемый графит при процентном уровне содержания, заключенном в диапазоне от 35% до 50%;
- воду при процентном уровне содержания, заключенном в диапазоне от 4% до 9,4%;
- противовспениватель при процентном уровне содержания, заключенном в диапазоне от 0,2% до 2%;
- диспергатор, замедляющий пластифицирование, при процентном уровне содержания, заключенном в диапазоне от 0,2% до 2%.
5. Слой по п. 4, в котором упомянутая пластифицирующая смола включает дисперсию полимеров или сополимеров и, по меньшей мере, пламезамедляющую добавку.
6. Слой по п. 1, в котором упомянутый газонепроницаемый армирующий слой (1) включает слой металла (1А).
7. Слой по п. 6, в котором упомянутый газонепроницаемый слой металла (1А) представляет собой алюминий.
8. Слой по п. 1, в котором упомянутый газонепроницаемый армирующий слой (1) включает пленку пластмассы.
9. Слой по пп. 6 или 8, в котором упомянутый армирующий слой (1) включает в дополнение к слою металла или пленке пластмассы слой волокнистого материала (30).
10. Слой по п. 9, в котором упомянутый волокнистый слой (30) армирующего слоя (1) выполнен из материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из:
- синтетической ткани или синтетического нетканого материала;
- стекловолокна;
- композитной синтетической ткани или композитного синтетического нетканого материала;
- натуральной ткани или натурального нетканого материала;
- синтетической, натуральной или композитной сетки;
- стекловолоконной сетки.
11. Способ изготовления слоя подложки (10; 20) многослойной изолирующей панели (100) для строительных конструкций, включающий в себя стадии:
- обеспечения наличия газонепроницаемого армирующего слоя (1);
- распределения текучей среды на упомянутом армирующем слое (1), при этом упомянутая смесь содержит: пластифицирующую смолу, вспениваемый графит и добавки;
- высушивания слоя подложки (10; 20).
