本发明提供一种覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是泡沫玻璃板上表面设有改性沥青涂层,改性沥青涂层上设置隔离保护层;泡沫玻璃板下表面设有改性沥青涂层,改性沥青涂层上设置玻璃纤维涂层毡层。玻璃纤维涂层毡是由石英砂和碳酸钙等按一定比例涂布在玻纤基布上获得;玻纤增强改性沥青涂层为将改性沥青均匀涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面同时在沥青涂层中嵌入玻纤薄毡制得。本发明所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板抗弯折性能好,耐磕碰,减少运输和搬运过程中的材料损失;本发明所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板单块面积为普通泡沫玻璃板的2倍或3倍,面积大,利于生产运输使用。本发明所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板在施工过程中减少沥青的应用,减少施工现场的工序和设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑保温材料,尤其涉及一种覆膜泡沫玻璃板及其制备方法,属于保温节能材料领域。
背景技术
泡沫玻璃是由碎玻璃、发泡剂、改性添加剂和发泡促进剂等,经过细粉碎和均匀混合后,再经过高温熔化、发泡、退火而制成的无机非金属玻璃材料。它是由大量直径为1~2毫米的均匀气泡结构组成。其中绝热泡沫玻璃为75%以上的闭孔气泡。
由于这种材料具有防潮、防火、防腐的作用,加之玻璃材料具有长期使用性能不退化的优点,使其在绝热、深冷、地下、露天、易燃、易潮以及有化学侵蚀等苛刻环境下倍受用户青睐。被广泛用于建筑保温、石油、化工、电力产品等,被用户称之为绿色环保型绝热材料。泡沫玻璃是一种性能优越的绝热(保冷)、吸声、防潮、防火的轻质高强建筑材料,使用温度范围为零下196度到450度,A级不燃与建筑物同寿命,透湿系数几乎为零。并且泡沫玻璃可以利用废弃的固体玻璃作为原料,使其节能环保的经济效益更加突出虽然其他新型隔热材料层出不穷,但是泡沫玻璃以其永久性、安全性、高可靠性在低热绝缘、防潮工程、吸声等领域占据着越来越重要的地位。
现有泡沫玻璃板的技术具有以下缺陷:(1)泡沫玻璃由于内部是气孔结构,板材在搬运过程中容易断裂,影响施工速度和保温效果。(2)由于生产工艺的限制,单块泡沫玻璃的尺寸偏小,影响施工速度,降低施工效率。(3)在屋面上使用,保温板上面直接做沥青卷材防水层施工时,喷灯的火焰直接喷在泡沫玻璃板上会是表面的泡沫玻璃产生一定的破坏作用,使其变脆,影响粘结力。(4)泡沫玻璃表面的微孔结构会消耗大量的粘结材料,影响施工效率,增加施工成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,克服现有技术中存在的泡沫玻璃板技术缺陷,提供一种覆膜泡沫玻璃板及其制备方法。
为了解决上述问题本发明的技术方案是这样的:
覆膜泡沫玻璃板,包括泡沫玻璃板基材,泡沫玻璃板上表面设有改性沥青涂层,改性沥青涂层上设置隔离保护层;泡沫玻璃板下表面设有改性沥青涂层,改性沥青涂层上设置玻璃纤维涂层毡层。
玻璃纤维涂层毡层厚度在0.40mm-0.60mm。
所述的玻璃纤维涂层毡层为将石英砂和碳酸钙及附加材料按一定比例涂布在玻纤基布上制成,其中,无定向玻纤20-30%,碳酸钙50-60%,石英砂5-10%,改性填料5-10%,苯丙型胶水4%-12%。
所述泡沫玻璃板上下表面的改性沥青涂层厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm。
所述改性沥青涂层为将改性沥青均匀涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面制得。
所述改性沥青涂层在涂布过程中嵌入玻纤薄毡制得玻纤增强改性沥青涂层
泡沫玻璃板厚度为30mm-200mm;泡沫玻璃板的密度为110kg/m3至180kg/m3,导热系数0.038W/m﹒K至0.065W/m﹒K。
隔离保护层厚度为0.01mm-0.02mm,隔离保护层为耐高温PE薄膜或耐高温PP薄膜的一种。
隔离保护层厚度为0.40mm-0.60mm,隔离保护层为玻璃纤维涂层毡。
覆膜泡沫玻璃板的制备方法,其特征是:
1)使用高压气体吹扫,去除泡沫玻璃板表面的灰尘,将熔胶机熔化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板的长度方向的一个侧边,使两块泡沫玻璃板粘贴成一块;
2)使用自动化涂胶机将熔化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面,厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,将玻纤薄毡嵌入改性沥青涂层,再将玻璃纤维涂层毡平整的贴在沥青层外侧;
3)使用自动化涂胶机将融化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板的另一侧,涂层厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,将玻纤薄毡嵌入改性沥青涂层,将隔离保护层平整的贴在改性沥青层外侧。
改性沥青的软化点在100-120℃,针入度为20-50;弗拉斯脆点≤-20℃。
有益效果,本发明所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板抗弯折性能好,耐磕碰,减少运输和搬运过程中的材料损失;本发明所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板单块面积为普通泡沫玻璃板的2倍或3倍,面积大,利于储存、运输和施工使用。本发明所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板在施工过程中可以减少现场沥青的应用,减少施工现场的工序和设备。采用本发明可以降低成本,提高生产效率和施工效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参看图1,覆膜泡沫玻璃板,包括泡沫玻璃板基材,泡沫玻璃板1上表面设有改性沥青涂层2和隔离保护层4,泡沫玻璃板1下表面设有改性沥青涂层3玻璃纤维涂层毡层5。改性沥青涂层2和3可以根据需要嵌入玻纤薄毡制成玻纤增强改性沥青涂层。
玻璃纤维涂层毡层5是由石英砂和碳酸钙等按一定比例涂布在玻纤基布上获得,厚度在0.40mm-0.60mm。其中,无定向玻纤20-30%,碳酸钙50-60%,石英砂5-10%,改性填料5-10%,苯丙型胶水4%-12%。玻璃纤维涂层毡的主要作用为增加泡沫玻璃板在建筑施工应用中与其他基材的粘结强度。解决了普通泡沫玻璃板由于表面气孔原因导致的与多数建筑材料粘结强度不佳的问题。
玻纤增强改性沥青涂层2、3为将改性沥青均匀涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面同时在沥青涂层中嵌入玻纤薄毡制得,涂层厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,改性沥青的软化点在100-120℃(压球和圆环法),针入度为20-50(25℃时,1/10mm);弗拉斯脆点≤-20℃。该层将泡沫玻璃表面与玻璃纤维涂层毡紧密的连接在一起,拉拔强度≥0.1MPa。沥青涂层与玻璃纤维涂层毡的结合大大提高了泡沫玻璃抗弯折性,解决普通泡沫玻璃板易磕碰损坏的问题。可以根据实际需求选择是否嵌入玻纤薄毡。玻纤薄毡为40-60g/m2的无定向玻纤毡。
泡沫玻璃板1可以选择密度110kg/m3至180kg/m3,导热系数0.038W/m﹒K至0.065W/m﹒K的不同规格的泡沫玻璃板;泡沫玻璃板厚度为30mm-200mm,具体厚度根据建筑保温设计需求。
隔离保护层4根据使用需求的不同而采用耐高温PE薄膜(厚度0.01mm-0.02mm),耐高温PP薄膜(厚度0.01mm-0.02mm)或者玻璃纤维涂层毡(厚度0.40mm-0.60mm)。分为两种情况:一、在覆膜泡沫玻璃上使用SBS沥青卷材时,隔离保护层4应为耐高温PE薄膜(厚度0.01mm-0.02mm)或耐高温PP薄膜(厚度0.01mm-0.02mm),PE薄膜或PP薄膜的作用为防止改性沥青涂层2在储存、运输过程中被灰尘等污染。改性沥青涂层2的主要作用为防护泡沫玻璃表面,避免火焰直接炙烤泡沫玻璃表面,使泡沫玻璃表面性能受损害。节约了施工现场在做SBS沥青卷材防水施工前使用沥青铺设在普通泡沫玻璃板上的施工工序。加快施工速度,减少施工现场安全隐患。二、若需要两层覆膜泡沫玻璃板叠加使用,则下层泡沫玻璃板的上表面隔离保护层4应为玻璃纤维涂层毡(厚度0.40mm-0.60mm)。玻璃纤维涂层毡的作用为加强泡沫玻璃板与上层覆膜泡沫玻璃板之间的粘结力。改性沥青涂层2的主要作用为将泡沫玻璃表面与玻璃纤维涂层毡紧密的连接在一起,拉拔强度≥0.1MPa。
覆膜泡沫玻璃板的制备方法:
1)使用高压气体吹扫,去除泡沫玻璃板表面的灰尘,将熔胶机熔化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板的长度方向的一个侧边,使两块泡沫玻璃板粘结成一块;可以根据设计需求选择将二块或三块玻璃板粘结成一块,即覆膜泡沫玻璃板为普通泡沫玻璃板单块面积的二或三倍。提高在施工使用过程中的便利性。成品面积可以达到宽0.60-0.65m,长0.9-1.5m。
2)使用自动化涂胶机将熔化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面,厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,根据实际需要选择是否将玻纤薄毡嵌入沥青涂层,再将玻璃纤维涂层毡平整的贴在沥青层外侧。

Claims (11)

1.覆膜泡沫玻璃板,包括泡沫玻璃板基材,其特征是,泡沫玻璃板上表面设有改性沥青涂层,改性沥青涂层上设置隔离保护层;泡沫玻璃板下表面设有改性沥青涂层,改性沥青涂层上设置玻璃纤维涂层毡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,玻璃纤维涂层毡层厚度在0.40mm-0.60mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,所述的玻璃纤维涂层毡层为将石英砂和碳酸钙及附加材料按一定比例涂布在玻纤基布上制成,其中,无定向石英玻纤20-30%,碳酸钙50-60%,石英砂5-10%,改性填料5-10%,苯丙型胶水4%-12%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,所述泡沫玻璃板上下表面的改性沥青涂层厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,所述改性沥青涂层为将改性沥青均匀涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面制得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,所述改性沥青涂层在涂布过程中嵌入玻纤薄毡制得玻纤增强改性沥青涂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,泡沫玻璃板厚度为30mm-200mm;泡沫玻璃板的密度为110kg/m3至180kg/m3,导热系数0.038W/m﹒K至0.065W/m﹒K。
8.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,隔离保护层厚度为0.01mm-0.02mm,隔离保护层为耐高温PE薄膜或耐高温PP薄膜的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板,其特征是,隔离保护层厚度为0.40mm-0.60mm,隔离保护层为玻璃纤维涂层毡层。
10.覆膜泡沫玻璃板的制备方法,其特征是:
1)使用高压气体吹扫,去除泡沫玻璃板表面的灰尘,将熔胶机熔化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板的长度方向的一个侧边,使两块泡沫玻璃板粘贴成一块;
2)使用自动化涂胶机将熔化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板表面,厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,将玻纤薄毡嵌入改性沥青涂层,再将玻璃纤维涂层毡平整的贴在沥青层外侧;
3)使用自动化涂胶机将融化的改性沥青均匀的涂布在泡沫玻璃板的另一侧,涂层厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,将玻纤薄毡嵌入改性沥青涂层,将隔离保护层平整的贴在改性沥青层外侧。
11.根据权利要求10所述的覆膜泡沫玻璃板的制备方法,其特征是,改性沥青的软化点在100-120℃,针入度为20-50;弗拉斯脆点≤-20℃。
