Claims (15)
1. Izolacijska mreža, osobito kada je namijenjena upotrebi u plastično-metalnom kompozitnom profilu, gdje je izolacijska mreža načinjena od plastičnog materijala, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži sindiotaktični polistiren (PS-S) kao prvu termoplastičnu polimernu komponentu i staklena vlakna kao ojačavajući materijal.
2. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži drugu polimernu komponentu, koju se bira između polistirena (PS), polistirena modificiranog na udar (PS-I), polifenilen-etera (PPE), poliamida (PA), polikarbonata (PC), poliester-karbonata (PEC), etilvinil-acetata (EVA), polifenilen-sulfida (PPS), poliolefina, poliestera, osobito PET i PBT, polisulfona i termoplastičnog poliimida.
3. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži udio PS-S od 30 do 99%, težinski, osobito 30 do 60%, težinski.
4. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži udio PS-S od 1 do 40%, težinski, te što se drugu polimerna komponentu bira između PPS, PPE, PA i poliestera, gdje je udio druge polimerne komponente u plastičnom materijalu 99 do 60%, težinski.
5. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži modifikator na udar, kojeg se po mogućnosti bira između etilen/propilen/dienskog kaučuka (EPDM), etilenpropilenskog kaučuka (EPM), EVA, termoplastičnih elastomera, osobito stirenskih blok-kopolimera, termoplastičnog poliuretana (TPU), stiren-butadienskog kaučuka (SBR), izoprenskog kaučuka (IR), jezgra/omotač kaučuka, polipropilenskih kaučuka i poliolefina, gdje su stirenski blok-kopolimeri osobito prisutni u obliku hidriranih stiren-butadienskih blok-kopolimera (SEB), stiren-butadien-stirenskih blok-kopolimera (SBS), hidriranih stiren-butadien-stirenskih blok-kopolimera (SEBS), hidriranih stiren-izopren-butadien-stirenskih blok-kopolimera (SEEPS), stiren-izoprenskih blok-kopolimera (SIR), hidriranih stiren-izoprenskih blok-kopolimera (SEP), stiren-izopren-stirenskih blok-kopolimera (SIS) i hidriranih stiren-izopren-stirenskih blok-kopolimera (SEPS).
6. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži udio modifikatora na udar od 1 do 30 %, težinski, osobito 5 do 30 %, težinski.
7. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži vezivo, kojeg se osobito bira između modificiranog PPE, modificiranog PS-S, modificiranog hidriranog stiren-butadien-stirenskog blok-kopolimera (SEBS), modificiranog hidriranog stiren-izopren-butadien-stirenskog blok-kopolimera (SEEPS), modificiranog poliolefina, osobito modificiranog PP i modificiranog etilen-oktenskog kopolimera, modificiranog EPDM, gdje je udio veziva u plastičnom materijalu po mogućnosti 1 do 20%, težinski, poželjnije 2 do 15%, težinski.
8. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačena time što su polimeri i kopolimeri koji se upotrebljavaju kao modifikatori na udar i/ili veziva, modificirani anhidridnim skupinama, glicidilnim skupinama, epoksi skupinama, karboksilnim skupinama i/ili silanom.
9. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time što su polimeri i kopolimeri koji se upotrebljavaju kao modifikatori na udar i/ili veziva modificirani maleinskim anhidridom.
10. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži usporivač gorenja, gdje je udio usporivača gorenja po mogućnosti 5 do 30 %, težinski, osobito 5 do 25 %, težinski.
11. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži jedan ili više dodatnih aditiva, koje se bira između ojačavajućih materijala, punila i pigmenata.
12. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time što se jedan ili više aditiva bira između aramida, prirodnih, keramičkih vlakana, osobito wollastonitnih i bazaltnih vlakana, ugljičnih i metalnih vlakana, šupljih staklenih kugli, staklenih kugli, staklo čestice, šupljih keramičkih kugli, keramičkih čestica, mineralnih punila, osobito kaolina, talka, tinjca, titanijevog dioksida, kalcijevog karbonata, silicijevog dioksida i uslojenih silikata, osobito u obliku nanočestica.
13. Izolacijska mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačena time što plastični materijal sadrži udio staklenih vlakana od 1 do 50 %, težinski, po mogućnosti 5 do 30 %, težinski, poželjnije 10 do 25 %, težinski.
14. Metalo-plastični kompozitni profil, koji se sastoji od metalnog profila i plastičnog profila u obliku izolacijske mreže u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što ga zajedno drži čvrsta i/ili prinudna adherentna veza.
15. Upotreba kompozitnog profila u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što je kompozitni profil namijenjen proizvodnji vrata, prozora ili fasadnih elemenata.
