本发明的目的是提供一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,PVC原料和钙粉为主要原料,辅助添加发泡剂和增塑剂,添加丁腈橡胶使得耐磨耐热性好、粘结力强,添加硅橡胶使得耐高温和透气性能好,添加阻燃剂阻燃,添加红外反射颜料将太阳光中红外线发射开来从而避免照射产生的高温,性能优异,适用于隔音棉中。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC胶皮领域,尤其涉及一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方。
背景技术
我公司主要生产用于隔音棉上的PVC胶皮,隔音棉通过PVC胶皮涂上胶之后粘一层棉毡,之后再裁剪成所需要的形状。PVC胶皮是隔音棉的主要组成部分,其性能尤为重要,但是目前的PVC胶皮的性能不是那么优异,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,PVC原料和钙粉为主要原料,辅助添加发泡剂和增塑剂,添加丁腈橡胶使得耐磨耐热性好、粘结力强,添加硅橡胶使得耐高温和透气性能好,添加阻燃剂阻燃,添加红外反射颜料将太阳光中红外线发射开来从而避免照射产生的高温,性能优异,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,包括:
PVC原料:25-40%;
钙粉:30-45%;
发泡剂:0-10%
增塑剂:5-8%;
丁腈橡胶:2-5%;
硅橡胶:2-5%;
炭黑:3-8%;
导热硅脂:2-5%;
阻燃剂:7-15%。
进一步改进于:还包括有红外反射颜料0-5%。
进一步改进于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
进一步改进于:还包括有改性树脂0-5%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明PVC原料和钙粉为主要原料,辅助添加发泡剂和增塑剂,添加丁腈橡胶使得耐磨耐热性好、粘结力强,添加硅橡胶使得耐高温和透气性能好,添加阻燃剂阻燃,添加红外反射颜料将太阳光中红外线发射开来从而避免照射产生的高温,性能优异,适用于隔音棉中。

本实施例提供一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,包括:
PVC原料:25%;
钙粉:35%;
发泡剂:4%
增塑剂:8%;
丁腈橡胶:5%;
硅橡胶:5%;
炭黑:4%;
导热硅脂:3%;
阻燃剂:7%。
还包括有红外反射颜料2%。所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。还包括有改性树脂2%。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,包括:
PVC原料:30%;
钙粉:30%;
发泡剂:8%
增塑剂:5%;
丁腈橡胶:2%;
硅橡胶:3%;
炭黑:3%;
导热硅脂:4%;
阻燃剂:7%。
还包括有红外反射颜料3%。所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。还包括有改性树脂5%。
实施例三:
本实施例提供一种用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,包括:
PVC原料:35%;
钙粉:35%;
发泡剂:8%
增塑剂:5%;
丁腈橡胶:2%;
硅橡胶:3%;
炭黑:3%;
导热硅脂:2%;
阻燃剂:7%。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
以上实施例PVC原料和钙粉为主要原料,辅助添加发泡剂和增塑剂,添加丁腈橡胶使得耐磨耐热性好、粘结力强,添加硅橡胶使得耐高温和透气性能好,添加阻燃剂阻燃,并且实施例一和二还添加红外反射颜料将太阳光中红外线发射开来从而避免照射产生的高温,性能优异,适用于隔音棉中。

PVC原料:25-40%;
钙粉:30-45%;
发泡剂:0-10%
增塑剂:5-8%;
丁腈橡胶:2-5%;
硅橡胶:2-5%;
炭黑:3-8%;
导热硅脂:2-5%;
阻燃剂:7-15%。
2.如权利要求1所述用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,其特征在于:还包括有红外反射颜料0-5%。
3.如权利要求1所述用于隔音棉的PVC胶皮配方,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
