本发明公开了一种耐磨PVC胶皮的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括有以下步骤:步骤一:将原料导入容器中进行混炼,混炼过程中加入促进剂、耐磨剂研制而成生胶;步骤二:将生胶移送到出片机中进行定型,出片的厚度根据实际需求由工人控制;步骤三:在出片机的出片口处设置有牵引机来对生胶片进行牵引,并且在出片机与牵引机的中间设置有空气冷却机对生胶片进行冷却;步骤四:冷却后的生胶片移送到镀膜机中,由镀膜机在生胶片的表面上镀膜;步骤五:镀膜后的生胶片进行切割,切割的长度根据实际需求可进行实时调整;步骤六:切割后的胶片通过打卷机打包成卷,并储存到仓库中,通过在混炼的同时添加耐磨剂来提高胶皮的耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶皮的生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨PVC胶皮的生产工艺。
背景技术
胶皮是一种粘在乒乓球拍底板上的一种胶,现在通常所说的胶皮并不是直接粘在底板上的,而是覆盖于海绵上面,胶皮和海绵统称为套胶,现有的胶皮大多是PVC材质的,其本身耐磨性能低,导致在使用中很容易被损坏,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐磨PVC胶皮的生产工艺,通过在混炼的同时添加耐磨剂来提高胶皮的耐磨性能,以解决现有胶皮容易损坏的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种耐磨PVC胶皮的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括有以下步骤:
步骤一:将原料导入容器中进行混炼,混炼过程中加入促进剂、耐磨剂研制而成生胶;
步骤二:将生胶移送到出片机中进行定型,出片的厚度根据实际需求由工人控制;
步骤三:在出片机的出片口处设置有牵引机来对生胶片进行牵引,并且在出片机与牵引机的中间设置有空气冷却机对生胶片进行冷却;
步骤四:冷却后的生胶片移送到镀膜机中,由镀膜机在生胶片的表面上镀膜;
步骤五:镀膜后的生胶片进行切割,切割的长度根据实际需求可进行实时调整。
步骤六:切割后的胶片通过打卷机打包成卷,并储存到仓库中。
进一步改进在于:在步骤五中,切割使用的刀采用水平的刀具,有电机控制刀具垂直向下切割,并且切割的同时停止胶片的移动。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在混炼的同时添加耐磨剂来提高胶皮的耐磨性能,并且在胶皮的表面镀上一层保护膜对胶皮进行二次保护,再一次提高胶皮的耐磨性能,本发明生产的胶皮耐磨性能优异。

在步骤五中,切割使用的刀采用水平的刀具,有电机控制刀具垂直向下切割,并且切割的同时停止胶片的移动。
通过在混炼的同时添加耐磨剂来提高胶皮的耐磨性能,并且在胶皮的表面镀上一层保护膜对胶皮进行二次保护,再一次提高胶皮的耐磨性能,本发明生产的胶皮耐磨性能优异。

1.一种耐磨PVC胶皮的生产工艺,其特征在于,该生产工艺包括有以下步骤:
步骤一:将原料导入容器中进行混炼,混炼过程中加入促进剂、耐磨剂研制而成生胶;
步骤二:将生胶移送到出片机中进行定型,出片的厚度根据实际需求由工人控制;
步骤三:在出片机的出片口处设置有牵引机来对生胶片进行牵引,并且在出片机与牵引机的中间设置有空气冷却机对生胶片进行冷却;
步骤四:冷却后的生胶片移送到镀膜机中,由镀膜机在生胶片的表面上镀膜;
步骤五:镀膜后的生胶片进行切割,切割的长度根据实际需求可进行实时调整。
步骤六:切割后的胶片通过打卷机打包成卷,并储存到仓库中。
