1. Способ получения предшественника безалкогольного напитка, включающий переработку выжимки винограда путем залива, предварительно нагретой до 40°С умягченной водой в соотношении 1:2, экстрагирование при повышенной температуре, отделение экстракта стеканием и прессованием с последующим охлаждением до температуры 4°С.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве выжимки используют выжимку белых сортов винограда, температура экстрагирования при этом составляет 40-60°С при продолжительности 2-6 ч.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве выжимки используют выжимку красных и розовых сортов винограда, а температура экстрагирования при этом составляет 50-70°С при продолжительности 4-8 ч.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при экстрагировании дополнительно вводят ферментные препараты пектолитического ряда в количестве 1-3 г/100 кг мезги, температура экстрагирования составляет 20°С при продолжительности 1 ч.1.
