Abstract
1. Способ производства оконного материала для транспортных средств, причем оконный материал содержит изогнутую стеклянную пластину, изогнутую смоляную пластину, расположенную на стороне вогнутой поверхности изогнутой стеклянной пластины и изогнутую вдоль формы изогнутой стеклянной пластины, смоляной слой, прослоенный между изогнутой стеклянной пластиной и изогнутой смоляной пластиной, и уплотнительную часть, окружающую периферию смоляного слоя,причем способ содержит следующие этапы (a1)-(d1):(a1) этап нанесения жидкого вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования уплотнительной части на периферии вогнутой поверхности изогнутой стеклянной пластины для формирования невулканизированной уплотнительной части;(b1) этап подачи жидкого вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования смоляного слоя в район, окруженный невулканизированной уплотнительной частью;(c1) этап ламинирования изогнутой смоляной пластины на жидком вулканизируемом смоляном составе для формирования смоляного слоя в атмосфере пониженного давления 100 Па или меньше, таким образом, что выпуклая поверхность изогнутой смоляной пластины обращена к стороне вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования смоляного слоя, таким образом, получая слоистый материал, в котором невулканизированный смоляной слой, содержащий вулканизируемый смоляной состав для формирования смоляного слоя, уплотнен изогнутой стеклянной пластиной, изогнутой смоляной пластиной и невулканизированной уплотнительной частью; и(d1) этап вулканизации невулканизированной уплотнительной части и невулканизированного смоляного слоя в состоянии, когда слоист
Claims (2)
1. Способ производства оконного материала для транспортных средств, причем оконный материал содержит изогнутую стеклянную пластину, изогнутую смоляную пластину, расположенную на стороне вогнутой поверхности изогнутой стеклянной пластины и изогнутую вдоль формы изогнутой стеклянной пластины, смоляной слой, прослоенный между изогнутой стеклянной пластиной и изогнутой смоляной пластиной, и уплотнительную часть, окружающую периферию смоляного слоя,
причем способ содержит следующие этапы (a1)-(d1):
(a1) этап нанесения жидкого вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования уплотнительной части на периферии вогнутой поверхности изогнутой стеклянной пластины для формирования невулканизированной уплотнительной части;
(b1) этап подачи жидкого вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования смоляного слоя в район, окруженный невулканизированной уплотнительной частью;
(c1) этап ламинирования изогнутой смоляной пластины на жидком вулканизируемом смоляном составе для формирования смоляного слоя в атмосфере пониженного давления 100 Па или меньше, таким образом, что выпуклая поверхность изогнутой смоляной пластины обращена к стороне вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования смоляного слоя, таким образом, получая слоистый материал, в котором невулканизированный смоляной слой, содержащий вулканизируемый смоляной состав для формирования смоляного слоя, уплотнен изогнутой стеклянной пластиной, изогнутой смоляной пластиной и невулканизированной уплотнительной частью; и
(d1) этап вулканизации невулканизированной уплотнительной части и невулканизированного смоляного слоя в состоянии, когда слоистый материал находится в атмосфере под давлением 50 кПа или больше.
2. Способ производства оконного материала для транспортных средств, причем оконный материал содержит изогнутую стеклянную пластину, изогнутую смоляную пластину, расположенную на стороне вогнутой поверхности изогнутой стеклянной пластины и изгибающуюся вдоль формы изогнутой стеклянной пластины, смоляной слой, прослоенный между изогнутой стеклянной пластиной и изогнутой смоляной пластиной, и уплотнительную часть, окружающую периферию смоляного слоя,
причем способ содержит следующие этапы (a2)-(d2):
(a2) этап нанесения жидкого вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования уплотнительной части на периферии выпуклой поверхности изогнутой смоляной пластины для формирования невулканизированной уплотнительной части;
(b2) этап подачи жидкого вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования смоляного слоя в район, окруженный невулканизированной уплотнительной частью;
(c2) этап ламинирования изогнутой стеклянной пластины на вулканизируемом смоляном составе для формирования смоляного слоя в атмосфере пониженного давления, составляющего 100 Па или меньше, таким образом, что вогнутая поверхность изогнутой стеклянной пластины обращена к стороне вулканизируемого смоляного состава для формирования смоляного слоя, таким образом, получая слоистый материал, в котором невулканизированный смоляной слой, содержащий вулканизируемый смоляной состав для формирования смоляного слоя, уплотнен изогнутой стеклянной пластиной, изогнутой смоляной пластиной и невулканизированной уплотнительной частью; и
(d2) этап вулканизации невулканизированной уплотнительной части и невулканизированного смоляного слоя в состоянии, когда слоистый материал находится в атмосфере под давлением 50 кПа или больше.
