Abstract
1. Система стерильного хирургического столика, содержащая:стерильный хирургический столик, расположенный в хирургическом поле и содержащий офтальмологические хирургические инструменты, предварительно упакованные и стерилизованные с хирургическим столиком;стеллажную систему, расположенную отдельно от стерильного хирургического столика и вне хирургического поля и связаную со стерильным хирургическим столиком;причем стерильный хирургический столик связан со стеллажной системой посредством рычажного механизма, так что по меньше мере один хирургический инструмент связан со стелажной системой.2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что стерильный хирургический столик имеет геометрическую форму, пригодную для размещения вокруг головы пациента при проведении офтальмологической хирургической операции.3. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит соединительный узел, связанный с рычажным механизмом и выполненную с возможностью размещения на нем стерильного хирургического столика;причем соединительный узел выполнен с возможностью установления соединения между стерильным хирургическим столиком и стеллажной системой;причем соединение представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из электрического, вакуумного соединения, или соединения посредством текучей среды.4. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один офтальмологический хирургический инструмент является инструментом, таким как инструмент для отделения ткани, инструмент для аспирации, и инструмент для инфузии;причем инструментом для отделения ткани является по меньшей мере один из инструментов, таких как устройство для факоэмуль�
Claims (20)
1. Система стерильного хирургического столика, содержащая:
стерильный хирургический столик, расположенный в хирургическом поле и содержащий офтальмологические хирургические инструменты, предварительно упакованные и стерилизованные с хирургическим столиком;
стеллажную систему, расположенную отдельно от стерильного хирургического столика и вне хирургического поля и связаную со стерильным хирургическим столиком;
причем стерильный хирургический столик связан со стеллажной системой посредством рычажного механизма, так что по меньше мере один хирургический инструмент связан со стелажной системой.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что стерильный хирургический столик имеет геометрическую форму, пригодную для размещения вокруг головы пациента при проведении офтальмологической хирургической операции.
3. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит соединительный узел, связанный с рычажным механизмом и выполненную с возможностью размещения на нем стерильного хирургического столика;
причем соединительный узел выполнен с возможностью установления соединения между стерильным хирургическим столиком и стеллажной системой;
причем соединение представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из электрического, вакуумного соединения, или соединения посредством текучей среды.
4. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один офтальмологический хирургический инструмент является инструментом, таким как инструмент для отделения ткани, инструмент для аспирации, и инструмент для инфузии;
причем инструментом для отделения ткани является по меньшей мере один из инструментов, таких как устройство для факоэмульсификации, витреот, устройство фрагментации, устройство разреза хрусталика, ножницы и нож-электрокаутер.
5. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит по меньшей мере один дисплей в стерильном хирургическом столике, причем стеллажная система связана по меньшей мере с одним дисплеем.
6. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что также содержит по меньшей мере одно управляющее устройство в стерильном хирургическом столике, причем управляющее устройство связано по меньшей мере с одним хирургическим инструментом или стеллажной системой; и
причем стеллажная система содержит процессор для обработки вводимой пользователем информации, принимаемой стерильным хирургическим столиком посредством по меньшей мере одного управляющего устройства.
7. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что стерильный хирургический столик содержит процессор для обработки вводимой пользователем информации, принимаемой стерильным хирургическим столиком посредством по меньшей мере одного управляющего устройства.
8. Система по п.6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одно управляющее устройство представляет собой механизм ввода.
9. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одно управляющее устройство расположено на манипуляторе, связанном со стерильным хирургическим столиком;
причем манипулятор связан со стеллажной системой посредством стерильного хирургического столика.
10. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что стеллажная система также содержит насос, выполненный с возможностью закачивания текучей среды в стерильный столик, причем управляющее устройство выполнено с возможностью управления насосом; а
также содержащая хирургический инструмент, связанный со стерильным хирургическим столиком для приема текучей среды.
11. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что стеллажная система также содержит источник света, выполненный с возможностью управления им посредством управляющего устройства стерильного хирургического столика;
причем источник света выполнен с возможностью направления света в стерильный хирургический столик; а
также содержащая хирургический инструмент, связанный со стерильным хирургическим столиком для приема света.
12. Система по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что источник света выполнен с возможностью направления света в хирургический инструмент.
13. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что стеллажная система также содержит источник сжатого газа, выполненный с возможностью управления им посредством управляющего устройства стерильного хирургического столика;
причем источник сжатого газа выполнен с возможностью направления сжатого газа в стерильный хирургический столик; а
также содержащая хирургический инструмент, связанный со стерильным хирургическим столиком для приема сжатого газа, приводящего в действие пневматический привод в хирургическом инструменте.
14. Система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что источник сжатого газа выполнен с возможностью направления сжатого газа в хирургический инструмент, приводящего в действие пневматический привод в хирургическом инструменте.
15. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что стеллажная система также содержит источник электрической энергии, выполненный с возможностью управления им посредством управляющего устройства в стерильном хирургическом столике;
причем источник электрической энергии выполнен с возможностью направления электрической энергии в стерильный хирургический столик; а
также содержащая хирургический инструмент, связанный со стерильным хирургическим столиком для приема электрической энергии.
16. Система по п.15, отличающаяся тем, что источник электрической энергии выполнен с возможностью направления электрической энергии в хирургический инструмент.
17. Система по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что стеллажная система также содержит источник вакуума, связанный со стеллажной системой, причем обеспечивается возможность управления вакуумом посредством управляющего устройста в стерильном хирургическом столике;
причем источник вакуума связан со стерильным хирургическим столиком; а
также содержащая хирургический инструмент, связанный со стерильным хирургическим столиком для осуществления связи с источником вакуума.
18. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что стерильный хирургический столик является одноразовым, а стеллажная система является многоразовой.
19. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что стерильный хирургический столик упакован в стерильный комплект.
20. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что связь между стерильным хирургическим столиком и стеллажной системой осуществляется посредством проводной или беспроводной связей.
