Abstract

1. Система (SY) для осмотра ткани и использования в различных вмешательствах, содержащая:консоль (C), содержащую множество алгоритмов для обработки данных от различных устройств иглы,устройство иглы (N) конкретного типа для использования в конкретном вмешательстве, при этомустройство иглы соединено с консолью, иалгоритм является выбираемым в зависимости от конкретного вмешательства.2. Система (SY) по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит средство визуализации (IM), выбранное из группы, состоящей из рентгеновского устройства, устройства для компьютерной томографии, устройства для магнитной резонансной томографии и ультразвукового устройства, при этом средство визуализации соединено с консолью, консоль адаптирована для обработки данных от средства визуализации, алгоритм является выбираемым в зависимости от данных от средства визуализации, и данные соответствуют конкретному вмешательству.3. Система по п.1, в которой устройство иглы (N) содержит средство идентификации (AM), которое идентифицирует конкретный тип устройства иглы, алгоритм является выбираемым в зависимости от идентифицированного конкретного типа устройства иглы, и конкретный тип соответствует конкретному вмешательству.4. Система по п.3, в которой средство идентификации (AM) допускает электронное, механическое или оптическое считывание.5. Claims (15)

1. Система (SY) для осмотра ткани и использования в различных вмешательствах, содержащая:
консоль (C), содержащую множество алгоритмов для обработки данных от различных устройств иглы,
устройство иглы (N) конкретного типа для использования в конкретном вмешательстве, при этом
устройство иглы соединено с консолью, и
алгоритм является выбираемым в зависимости от конкретного вмешательства.

3. Система по п.1, в которой устройство иглы (N) содержит средство идентификации (AM), которое идентифицирует конкретный тип устройства иглы, алгоритм является выбираемым в зависимости от идентифицированного конкретного типа устройства иглы, и конкретный тип соответствует конкретному вмешательству.
4. Система по п.3, в которой средство идентификации (AM) допускает электронное, механическое или оптическое считывание.
5. Система по п.1, в которой устройство иглы дополнительно содержит оптическое волокно для предоставления оптических данных, соответствующих ткани рядом с дистальным концом оптического волокна, и дистальный конец оптического волокна расположен на дистальном кончике устройства иглы.
6. Консоль (С) для использования с различными типами устройства иглы, предоставляющими оптические данные, для использования в различных вмешательствах, при этом консоль адаптирована для исполнения множества алгоритмов для обработки оптических данных, получаемых от устройств иглы, множество алгоритмов содержат один алгоритм анализа и классификации ткани для каждого из различных вмешательств, одно из различных вмешательств соответствует одному типу устройства иглы, и консоль адаптирована для выбора и исполнения конкретного алгоритма в зависимости от конкретного вмешательства.
7. Консоль (C) по п.6, которая адаптирована для электронного, механического или оптического считывания средства идентификации, которое идентифицирует один тип устройства иглы, когда устройство иглы соединено с консолью, конкретные алгоритмы являются выбираемыми в зависимости от конкретного типа устройства иглы.
8. Консоль (C) по п.6, которая адаптирована для получения данных от средства визуализации, данные представляют одно из различных вмешательств, когда средство визуализации соединено с консолью, при этом конкретные алгоритмы являются выбираемыми в зависимости от полученных данных.
9. Консоль (C) по п.6, дополнительно содержащая средство для ручного выбора конкретного алгоритма.
10. Консоль (C) по п.6, в которой алгоритм анализа и классификации ткани содержит спектральный анализ и классификацию окружающей ткани у дистального кончика устройства иглы, которые основаны на оценке различных оптических свойств, включая коэффициент рассеивания испускаемого светового пучка, который исходит из устройства иглы и отражается от окружающей ткани у дистального кончика устройства иглы, и коэффициент поглощения хромофоров различными тканями, включая гемоглобин, оксигенированный гемоглобин, воду, жир и меланин.
11. Консоль (C) по п.6, которая адаптирована для предоставления информации от одного из группы, состоящей из отражательной спектроскопии, флуоресцентной спектроскопии, автофлуоресцентной спектроскопии, дифференциальной спектроскопии длины пути, Рамановской спектроскопии, оптической когерентной томографии, спектроскопии рассеяния света и мультифотонной флуоресцентной спектроскопии.
12. Консоль (C) по п.6, дополнительно содержащая интерфейс для соединения со средством визуализации (IM), используемым для неинвазивной регистрации данных изображения интересующей области.
13. Компьютерная программа, адаптированная для исполнения на консоли (C) для использования с различными типами устройства иглы (N), предоставляющими оптические данные, и для использования в различных вмешательствах, при этом компьютерная программа предписывает консоли:
идентифицировать тип устройства иглы для использования в конкретных вмешательствах и
выбирать алгоритм для анализа и классификации ткани, окружающей дистальный кончик устройства иглы, который соответствует конкретному вмешательству.
14. Компьютерная программа по п.13, в которой идентификация конкретных вмешательств основана на коде, предоставленном средством идентификации (AM), который представляет тип устройства иглы (N).
15. Компьютерная программа по п.13, в которой идентификация конкретных вмешательств основана на данных, предоставленных средством визуализации (IM).
