Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 組織検査に関し、異なる介入に用いられるシステムであって、
針デバイスを有し、前記針デバイスが、
該針デバイスからのデータを処理する複数のアルゴリズムを含む端末を備え、
前記針デバイスが、前記端末に接続され、
前記アルゴリズムは、前記介入に基づき選択可能である、システム。 - X線デバイス、コンピュータ断層撮影デバイス、磁気共鳴断層撮影デバイス及び超音波デバイスからなるグループからの撮像モダリティを更に有し、前記撮像モダリティが、前記端末に接続され、前記端末は、前記撮像モダリティからのデータを処理するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 光学データを提供する針デバイスであって、前記針デバイスのタイプを特定する認証手段を含む、針デバイス。
- 前記認証手段が、電子的、機械的又は光学的に読み出し可能である、請求項3に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記針デバイスが、光学データを提供する光学ファイバを更に有し、前記光学データは、前記光学ファイバの遠位端部に隣接する組織に対応し、前記光学ファイバの遠位端部が、前記針デバイスの遠位先端に配置される、請求項3に記載の針デバイス。
- 光学データを提供する針デバイスと共に用いられ、異なる介入に使用される端末であって、前記針デバイスから受信可能なデータを処理する複数のアルゴリズムを含み、前記複数のアルゴリズムが、前記異なる介入のそれぞれに対する組織解析及び分類アルゴリズムを含む、端末。
- 前記針デバイスが前記端末に接続されるとき、前記端末が、前記異なる介入の1つにおいて使用される前記針デバイスのタイプを表す前記針デバイスの認証手段を電子的、機械的又は光学的に読み出すよう構成され、前記複数のアルゴリズム1つは、前記針デバイスのタイプに基づき選択可能である、請求項6に記載の端末。
- 前記撮像モダリティが前記端末に接続されるとき、前記端末が、前記異なる介入の1つを表すデータを撮像モダリティから受信するよう構成され、前記複数のアルゴリズムの1つは、前記データに基づき選択可能である、請求項6に記載の端末。
- 前記端末が、前記異なる介入の1つに関する前記複数のアルゴリズムの1つを手動で選択する手段を更に有する、請求項6に記載の端末。
- 前記組織解析及び分類アルゴリズムが、前記針デバイスの遠位先端での周囲組織のスペクトル組織解析及び分類を含み、前記針デバイスの遠位先端での前記周囲組織で反射される前記針デバイスから生じる放出された光線の散乱係数と、ヘモグロビン、酸化ヘモグロビン、水、脂肪及びメラニンを含む異なる組織発色団の吸収係数とを含む異なる光学特性の推定に基づかれる、請求項6に記載の端末。
- 前記端末が、反射分光法、蛍光分光法、自己蛍光分光法、差分経路長分光法、ラマン分光法、光学コヒーレンス断層撮影、光散乱分光法及び多光子蛍光分光法からなるグループの1つから情報を提供するよう構成される、請求項6に記載の端末。
- 前記端末が、関心領域の画像データの非侵襲的取得に使用される撮像モダリティに接続されるインタフェースを更に有する、請求項6に記載の端末。
- 光学データを提供する針デバイスと共に使用され、異なる介入に使用される端末で実行されるよう構成されるソフトウエアプログラムであって、前記端末に、
前記異なる介入の1つを特定するステップと、
前記特定された介入に基づき、前記針デバイスの遠位先端を囲む組織を解析及び分類するアルゴリズムを選択するステップとを実行させる、ソフトウエアプログラム。 - 前記異なる介入の1つを特定するステップが、前記針デバイスのタイプを表す認証手段により提供されるコードに基づかれる、請求項13に記載のソフトウエアプログラム。
- 前記異なる介入の1つを特定するステップが、撮像モダリティにより提供されるデータに基づかれる、請求項13に記載のソフトウエアプログラム。
