チューブ部材と、
先端を有する中空シャフトであって、前記中空シャフトの前記先端の近くで、側方に面するノッチが前記中空シャフト内に形成され、前記中空シャフトは前記チューブ部材内に移動可能に収容される、中空シャフトと、
先端を有する光ファイバを少なくとも1つ含む、前記中空シャフト内に収容される細長いファイバボディとを含み、
前記チューブ部材は、前記ノッチが前記チューブ部材によって覆われる第1のポジションと、前記ノッチが前記チューブ部材によって覆われない第2のポジションとの間で移動可能であり、
前記中空シャフトは、前記光ファイバの前記先端が前記シャフトの前記先端に位置し、前記細長いファイバボディが前記ノッチを貫通している第1のポジションと、前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバの前記先端が前記ノッチの近位に位置する第2のポジションとの間で移動可能である、システム。 - 前記生検デバイスの前記ファイバボディは、前記ファイバボディの先端にベベルを有し、前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバの前記先端は前記ファイバボディの前記ベベルの近傍に位置し、前記ファイバボディが前記第1のポジションにあるとき、前記ファイバボディの前記ベベルは前記中空シャフトの前記先端の近傍に位置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバは、前記ファイバボディの前記先端を越えて突き出し、前記生検デバイスの前記中空シャフト内で、前記中空シャフトの前記先端と前記ノッチとの間に挿入物が配置され、前記挿入物は、前記ファイバボディが前記第1のポジションにあるときに前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバの突き出している前記先端を収容するための開口部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生検デバイスは、更に、流体を注入又は抽出するためのチャネルを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ノッチは、組織から取られた組織サンプルを収容する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、真空に引くための吸引デバイスを更に含み、前記生検デバイスは、組織抽出チャネルを更に含み、前記吸引デバイスは前記チャネルを真空に引く、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 光源、光検出器、及び前記光検出器によって提供される信号を処理するための処理装置を含む、生体内組織検査のためのコンソールを更に含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 生体外組織検査のためのデバイスを更に含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 抽出された組織サンプルを受容するための、並びに、生体内組織検査及び/又は生体外組織検査によって得られた病理情報を保存するための保管容器を更に含む、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 生体内組織検査及び生体外組織検査を受ける組織サンプルに関する病理情報を取得するための病理情報取得システムの作動方法であって、
請求項7に記載のシステムの前記コンソールによる生体内組織検査から情報を得るステップと、
生体外組織検査のためのデバイスにより、生体外組織検査から情報を得るステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記生体内組織検査は、拡散反射分光法、蛍光分光法、拡散光トモグラフィ、差分経路長分光法、及びラマン分光法からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記生検外組織検査は、組織スライスの作成、ヘマトキシリン・エオジン及び/又は特定のバイオマーカーによる染色、及び光学スキャンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 生体内組織検査によって得られた前記情報と生体外組織検査及び分析によって得られた前記情報とを統合するステップを更に含む、請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
