Description
‐ 周囲組織の光学スペクトルを測定することにより、腫瘍/病変に達しているかどうかが決定され、その結果、腫瘍からの生検材料採取に成功する可能性が高まる。
‐ 代謝活動性をNADH/FAD比を用いて光学スペクトルから決定することができる。
‐ 先端での組織センシングにより、デバイスが関心位置に正確に配置されることが保証され得る。生検材料は、ノッチが関心位置に到達するまでメインシャフトのみを前進させることで組織センシングと全く同じ位置から得られる。ノッチ内の組織の更なる組織センシングは、正しい組織サンプルが生検デバイスのノッチ内に捕捉されているかどうかを管理するために行われる。

Claims (14)
- 外側スリーブと、
遠位端部を有する中空メインシャフトであって、前記中空メインシャフトの前記遠位端部において前記中空メインシャフト内に横向きのノッチが形成され、前記外側スリーブ内に収容された中空メインシャフトと、
前記中空メインシャフト内に移動可能に収容されたチューブシャフトと、
切除される組織を受容する生検チューブと、を備えた生検デバイスであって、
前記外側スリーブは前記ノッチが前記外側スリーブで覆われていない第1の位置と前記ノッチが前記外側スリーブで覆われている第2の位置との間を前記中空メインシャフトに対して移動可能であり、
前記生検チューブの近位端は、前記生検チューブが前記ノッチ内に位置していない近位位置と前記生検チューブが前記ノッチ内に位置している遠位位置との間で、前記生検チューブが前記中空メインシャフト内で前記チューブシャフトと共に移動可能となるように前記チューブシャフトの遠位端に解放可能に取り付け可能である、生検デバイス。 - 前記生検チューブは前記チューブシャフトの前記遠位端に取り付けられるように前記ノッチに挿入される、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記外側スリーブは側方開口部を備え、前記中空メインシャフトは前記ノッチの近位に配置された側方リセスを備え、前記生検チューブが前記チューブシャフトの前記遠位端に取り付けられるように前記側方開口部から前記側方リセスに挿入された状態で、前記外側スリーブは、前記側方開口部が前記側方リセスの上方に位置する第3の位置に前記中空メインシャフトに対して移動可能である、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記外側スリーブは、前記生検チューブが前記チューブシャフト及び前記外側スリーブと共に移動可能となるように、前記生検チューブの遠位端と当接する内方突出縁を備える、請求項3に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記チューブシャフトは前記生検チューブの端の一方と係合する小径の遠位端部を備える、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記チューブシャフト内に吸引チャネルが設けられる、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 拡散反射分光法、蛍光分光法、拡散光トモグラフィ、差分経路長分光法、及びラマン分光法からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つを含む生体内組織検査を可能にする、発光及び受光のための少なくとも1つの光ファイバを更に備える、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記チューブシャフトは、中空チューブシャフトとして形成され、前記生検デバイスは更に、前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバが内部に配置された細長いファイバボディを備え、前記ファイバボディは、前記チューブシャフト内に移動可能に収容され、前記ファイバボディは、前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバの遠位端が前記中空メインシャフトの遠位端に位置するように前記ファイバボディが前記生検チューブを貫通して延びる第1の位置と、前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバの前記遠位端が前記ノッチの近位に位置する第2の位置との間を移動可能である、請求項7に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記生検チューブは透明材料から作られる、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記生検チューブはガラス又は硬質プラスチック材料から作られる、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記生検チューブはシリコーンコーティングで被覆される、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記生検チューブは3mm〜20mmの長さを有する、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記生検チューブは外径が2mm、内径が1.5mm〜1.6mmである、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記生検チューブは、その一端に鋭い縁を備える、請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の生検デバイス。
