Abstract

1. Полиуретановая композиция, содержащая: ! A) полиизоцианатный компонент, содержащий по меньшей мере один полиуретановый форполимер с терминальными NCO-группами исключительно на основе диолов, у которого NCO-группы являются связанными с первичными остатками, ! B) полимеры, реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатам, ! C) соединения, содержащие группы, которые при действии актиничного излучения реагируют с этиленненасыщенными соединениями с полимеризацией (радиационно отверждаемые группы), а сами не содержат NCO-групп, ! D) стабилизаторы радикалов, ! Е) фотоинициаторы, ! F) при необходимости катализаторы, ! G) при необходимости, вспомогательные вещества и добавки. ! 2. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в А) используются NCO-функциональные форполимеры с уретановыми, аллофанатными, биуретовыми и/или амидными группами. ! 3. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в А) в качестве форполимеров с изоцианатными группами используются уретаны, алофанаты или биуреты из алифатических соединений с изоцианатными группами и олигомерных или полимерных полиолов или полиаминов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 500 до 8500 г/моль. ! 4. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в А) в качестве форполимеров с изоцианатными группами используются аллофанаты из гексаметилендиизоцианата (HDI) или триметилгексаметилендиизоцианата (TMDI) и дифункциональных простых полиэфирполиолов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 1000 до 8200 г/моль. ! 5. Claims (11)

1. Полиуретановая композиция, содержащая:
A) полиизоцианатный компонент, содержащий по меньшей мере один полиуретановый форполимер с терминальными NCO-группами исключительно на основе диолов, у которого NCO-группы являются связанными с первичными остатками,
B) полимеры, реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатам,
C) соединения, содержащие группы, которые при действии актиничного излучения реагируют с этиленненасыщенными соединениями с полимеризацией (радиационно отверждаемые группы), а сами не содержат NCO-групп,
D) стабилизаторы радикалов,
Е) фотоинициаторы,
F) при необходимости катализаторы,
G) при необходимости, вспомогательные вещества и добавки.
2. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в А) используются NCO-функциональные форполимеры с уретановыми, аллофанатными, биуретовыми и/или амидными группами.

Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в А) в качестве форполимеров с изоцианатными группами используются уретаны, алофанаты или биуреты из алифатических соединений с изоцианатными группами и олигомерных или полимерных полиолов или полиаминов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 500 до 8500 г/моль.
4. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в А) в качестве форполимеров с изоцианатными группами используются аллофанаты из гексаметилендиизоцианата (HDI) или триметилгексаметилендиизоцианата (TMDI) и дифункциональных простых полиэфирполиолов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 1000 до 8200 г/моль.
5. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что соединения, используемые в А) в качестве форполимеров с изоцианатными группами, имеют остаточное содержание свободного мономерного изоцианата менее чем 0,5 мас.%.
6. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в компоненте В) используются гомополимеры или статистические или блоксополимеры на основе этиленоксида и/или пропиленоксида, при необходимости в комбинации с тетрагидрофураном, бутиленоксидом или ε-капролактоном в качестве мономерных структурных единиц, с ОН-функциональностью от 1,5 до 6 и среднечисленной молекулярной массой от 200 до 18000 г/моль.
7. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что соединения, используемые в компоненте С), имеют показатель преломления nD20>1,55.
8. Полиуретановая композиция по одному из пп.1-7, отличающаяся тем, что в компоненте С) используются уретанакрилаты и уретанметакрилаты на основе ароматических изоцианатов и 2-гидроксиэтилакрилата, гидроксипропилакрилата, 4-гидроксибутилакрилата, полиэтиленоксидмоно(мет)акрилата, полипропиленоксидмоно(мет)акрилата, полиалкиленоксидмоно(мет)акрилата и поли(ε-капролактон)моно(мет)акрилата.
9. Способ изготовления среды для записи визуальных голограмм, при котором полиуретановая композиция по одному из пп.1-8 наносится на субстрат или в форму и подвергается отверждению.
10. Применение среды, получаемой по способу согласно п.9, в качестве оптических элементов, изображений или для воспроизведения или проецирования изображений.
11. Способ записи голограммы, при котором применяется среда по п.10.
