Abstract
1. Способ по п.1 или 2, где отход нагревают до температуры, лежащей в интервале от примерно 360°С до примерно 450°С. ! 6. Способ по п.1 или 2, где летучие углеводороды собирают, используя флегмируемую фракционирующую колонну. ! 7. Способ по п.1 или 2, где собранные летучие углеводороды включают по меньшей мере одно из дизельного топлива, бензина и фракции жидкого нефтяного газа (ЖНГ). ! 8. The method according to claim 3, in which the far infrared radiation heaters are in the form of ceramic rod elements protected by stainless steel sleeves, which are coated with a radiating compound. ! 5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, where the waste is heated to a temperature lying in the range from about 360 ° to about 450 ° C. ! 6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, where the volatile hydrocarbons are collected using a reflux fractionating column. ! 7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, where the collected volatile hydrocarbons include at least one of diesel fuel, gasoline and a fraction of liquid petroleum gas (LNG). ! 8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising unloading from the boiler a practically non-volatile residue resulting from heating of the residue. ! 9. The method of claim 8, wherein the discharged residue is heated using far infrared radiation or microwave radiation to expel all residual volatile hydrocarbons. ! 10. The hydrocarbon product obtained in accordance with the method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
