Abstract
1. Строительная панель, в которой на поверхности базового элемента сформированы в указанном порядке пропиточная покрывающая пленка, водорастворимая покрывающая пленка, бесцветная покрывающая пленка на основе растворителя и верхняя бесцветная покрывающая пленка, причем ! водорастворимая покрывающая пленка сформирована из синтетической смолы и огнеупорного реагента; ! верхняя бесцветная покрывающая пленка сформирована из смолы, отверждаемой под действием ультрафиолетового излучения, и огнеупорного реагента; ! объем огнеупорного реагента в водорастворимой покрывающей пленке равен от 10 до 50% по весу по отношению к твердым частицам указанной водорастворимой покрывающей пленки; ! объем огнеупорного реагента в верхней бесцветной покрывающей пленке равен от 5 до 20% по весу по отношению к твердым частицам указанной верхней бесцветной покрывающей пленки; и ! высшая теплотворная способность, измеренная в соответствии с ISO 5660 в течение 20 мин с использованием конического калориметра, составляет менее 8 МДм/м2. ! 2. Строительная панель по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность указанного базового элемента содержит неравномерный рельеф. ! 3. Строительная панель по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бесцветная покрывающая пленка на основе растворителя содержит пигмент.
Claims (3)
1. Строительная панель, в которой на поверхности базового элемента сформированы в указанном порядке пропиточная покрывающая пленка, водорастворимая покрывающая пленка, бесцветная покрывающая пленка на основе растворителя и верхняя бесцветная покрывающая пленка, причем
водорастворимая покрывающая пленка сформирована из синтетической смолы и огнеупорного реагента;
верхняя бесцветная покрывающая пленка сформирована из смолы, отверждаемой под действием ультрафиолетового излучения, и огнеупорного реагента;
объем огнеупорного реагента в водорастворимой покрывающей пленке равен от 10 до 50% по весу по отношению к твердым частицам указанной водорастворимой покрывающей пленки;
объем огнеупорного реагента в верхней бесцветной покрывающей пленке равен от 5 до 20% по весу по отношению к твердым частицам указанной верхней бесцветной покрывающей пленки; и
высшая теплотворная способность, измеренная в соответствии с ISO 5660 в течение 20 мин с использованием конического калориметра, составляет менее 8 МДм/м2.
2. Строительная панель по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность указанного базового элемента содержит неравномерный рельеф.
3. Строительная панель по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бесцветная покрывающая пленка на основе растворителя содержит пигмент.
