Abstract
1. Применение композиции биологически активных веществ, полученной экстракцией бересты и содержащей, мас.%: ! бетулин 65-71 лупеол 12-16 3-O-кофеат бетулина 5-15 сопутствующие вещества остальное до 100%, ! в качестве компонента с функциональными свойствами для производства функционального молочного продукта. ! 2. Функциональный молочный продукт, характеризующийся тем, что он включает молоко или основу для молочных продуктов, а также композицию, полученную экстракцией бересты и содержащую, мас.%: ! бетулин 65-71 лупеол 12-16 3-O-кофеат бетулина 5-15 сопутствующие вещества остальное до 100%, ! в количестве из расчета от 0,0005 до 3% к массе готового продукта и получен путем добавления вышеуказанной композиции в молоко, молочное сырье и полуфабрикат или продукт на основе молока на любой стадии производства с последующим перемешиванием продуктовой массы или гомогенизацией. ! 3.
