Abstract
Способ получения пенокерамики и изделий из нее, включающий перемешивание глинистого сырья и вспенивающего и стабилизирующего форму агента, формирование и обжиг изделий, отличающийся тем, что в качестве вспенивающего и стабилизирующего форму полуфабриката агента, используется водный раствор силикатов натрия или калия, а на полученную смесь воздействуют сверхвысокочастотным электромагнитным излучением с частотой поглощения водой указанного излучения до образования вспученной массы и ее отвердения, а также вспученную массу пропускают через отверстие для получения образцов изделий заданной отверстием формы, при этом для получения плотности готовых образцов пористой керамики 650 кг/м3 необходимо придерживаться следующего соотношения масс компонентов смеси: глинистое сырье - 55-60%, водный раствор силикатов натрия или калия с плотностью 1350 кг/м3 - 45-40%, а для получения изделий с другой плотностью изменяют долю вспенивающего и стабилизирующего компонента в составе смеси.
