Способ производства полимерного гранулята, включающий следующие шаги: ! - приготовление полимерного расплава (2), ! - первое охлаждение полимерного расплава (2) с помощью первого статического охладителя расплава (9), ! - добавление по меньшей мере одной добавки (25) в охлажденный полимерный расплав (2), ! - подмешивание по меньшей мере одной добавки (25) в полимерный расплав (2) с помощью шнекового экструдера (13), ! - добавление по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) в содержащий добавки полимерный расплав (2), ! - подмешивание по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) в полимерный расплав (2) с помощью шнекового экструдера (13), ! - второе охлаждение содержащего добавки и вспениватель полимерного расплава (2) с помощью второго статического охладителя расплава (37), и ! - гранулирование охлажденного полимерного расплава (2), содержащего добавки и вспениватели. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что находящийся в шнековом экструдере (13) полимерный расплав (2) охлаждают. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после подмешивания по меньшей мере одной добавки (25) и перед добавлением по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) с помощью шнекового экструдера (13) создают зону застоя (22) полимерного расплава (2). ! 4. Claims (13)

1. Способ производства полимерного гранулята, включающий следующие шаги:
- приготовление полимерного расплава (2),
- первое охлаждение полимерного расплава (2) с помощью первого статического охладителя расплава (9),
- добавление по меньшей мере одной добавки (25) в охлажденный полимерный расплав (2),
- подмешивание по меньшей мере одной добавки (25) в полимерный расплав (2) с помощью шнекового экструдера (13),
- добавление по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) в содержащий добавки полимерный расплав (2),
- подмешивание по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) в полимерный расплав (2) с помощью шнекового экструдера (13),
- второе охлаждение содержащего добавки и вспениватель полимерного расплава (2) с помощью второго статического охладителя расплава (37), и
- гранулирование охлажденного полимерного расплава (2), содержащего добавки и вспениватели.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что находящийся в шнековом экструдере (13) полимерный расплав (2) охлаждают.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после подмешивания по меньшей мере одной добавки (25) и перед добавлением по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) с помощью шнекового экструдера (13) создают зону застоя (22) полимерного расплава (2).
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что давление полимерного расплава (2) при добавлении по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) во время подмешивания упомянутого вспенивателя (31) поддерживают по меньшей мере постоянным.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что давление полимерного расплава (2) после подмешивания по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31) повышают при помощи насоса для перекачивания расплава (36, 38).
6. Способ п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерный расплав (2) приготавливают с помощью полимеризационного реактора (3).
7. Устройство для производства полимерного гранулята, содержащее
первый статический охладитель расплава (9) для первого охлаждения полимерного расплава (2),
- присоединенный к статическому охладителю расплава (9) после него шнековый экструдер (13), включающий
- первую зону смешивания (21) для подмешивания по меньшей мере одной добавки (25), и
- присоединенную к первой зоне смешивания (21) после нее вторую зону смешивания (23) для подмешивания по меньшей мере одного вспенивателя (31),
- присоединенный к шнековому экстру деру (13) после него второй статический охладитель расплава (37) для второго охлаждения содержащего добавки и вспениватели полимерного расплава (2), и
- установку (39) для гранулирования охлажденного полимерного расплава (2), содержащего добавки и вспениватели.
8. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что содержит полимеризационный реактор (3) для приготовления полимерного расплава (2).
9. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что шнековый экструдер (13) снабжен по меньшей мере одним устройством охлаждения (29, 35).
10. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что шнековый экструдер (13) выполнен с возможностью создания зоны застоя (22) между первой и второй зонами смешивания (21, 23).
11. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что шнековый экструдер (13) выполнен как двухвалковый шнековый смеситель с одинаковым направлением вращения валков с плотным зацеплением.
12. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что включает по меньшей мере один присоединенный к шнековому экструдеру (13) после него насос для перекачивания расплава (36, 38).
13. Устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что между полимеризационным реактором (3) и первым статическим охладителем расплава (9) установлен насос для перекачивания расплава (6).
