Медицинское устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, одну плоскость окклюзии. ! 3. Медицинское устройство по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна плоскость окклюзии содержит, по меньшей мере, один слой окклюзионного материала. ! 4. Медицинское устройство по п.3, в котором окклюзионный материал содержит тканый материал. ! 5. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью ограничения внутри катетера, имеющего внешний диаметр меньше 12 по шкале Шаррьера для чрескожной подачи к левому ушку предсердия. ! 6. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью ограничения внутри катетера, имеющего внешний диаметр меньше 11 по шкале Шаррьера для чрескожной подачи к левому ушку предсердия. ! 7. Claims (25)
1. Медицинское устройство для окклюзии левого ушка предсердия, при этом медицинское устройство содержит:
первую часть, выполненную с возможностью расположения снаружи левого ушка предсердия; и
вторую часть, выполненную с возможностью, по меньшей мере, частичного расположения внутри полости, определяемой левым ушком предсердия.
2. Медицинское устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, одну плоскость окклюзии.
3. Медицинское устройство по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна плоскость окклюзии содержит, по меньшей мере, один слой окклюзионного материала.
4. Медицинское устройство по п.3, в котором окклюзионный материал содержит тканый материал.
5. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью ограничения внутри катетера, имеющего внешний диаметр меньше 12 по шкале Шаррьера для чрескожной подачи к левому ушку предсердия.
6. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью ограничения внутри катетера, имеющего внешний диаметр меньше 11 по шкале Шаррьера для чрескожной подачи к левому ушку предсердия.
7. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью ограничения внутри катетера, имеющего внешний диаметр меньше 10 по шкале Шаррьера для чрескожной подачи к левому ушку предсердия.
8. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью ограничения внутри катетера, имеющего внешний диаметр меньше 9 по шкале Шаррьера для чрескожной подачи к левому ушку предсердия.
9. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью, по существу, производить окклюзию левого ушка предсердия менее чем приблизительно за 10 мин.
10. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью, по существу, производить окклюзию левого ушка предсердия менее чем приблизительно за 5 мин.
11. Медицинское устройство по п.3, при этом устройство выполнено с возможностью, по существу, производить окклюзию левого ушка предсердия менее чем приблизительно за 3 мин.
12. Медицинское устройство по п.2, при этом упомянутое медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью прохождения на глубину приблизительно 20 мм или меньше внутри полости, определяемой левый ушком предсердия.
13. Медицинское устройство по п.2, при этом упомянутое медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью прохождения на глубину приблизительно 15 мм или меньше внутри полости, определяемой левый ушком предсердия.
14. Медицинское устройство по п.2, при этом упомянутое медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью прохождения на глубину приблизительно 10 мм или меньше внутри полости, определяемой левый ушком предсердия.
15. Медицинское устройство по п.2, в котором первая часть содержит, по меньшей мере, одну плоскость окклюзии, выполненную с возможностью расположения снаружи левого ушка предсердия, и вторая часть содержит, по меньшей мере, одну плоскость окклюзии, выполненную с возможностью, по меньшей мере, частичного расположения внутри полости, определяемой левым ушком предсердия.
16. Медицинское устройство по п.15, при этом устройство дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один удерживающий крючок, выступающий из второй части.
17. Медицинское устройство по п.16, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна плоскость окклюзии первой части выполнена с возможностью наложения на отверстие левого ушка предсердия.
18. Медицинское устройство по п.16, в котором первая часть содержит множество плоскостей окклюзии, выполненных с возможностью расположения снаружи левого ушка предсердия.
19. Медицинское устройство по п.16, в котором вторая часть содержит множество плоскостей окклюзии, выполненных с возможностью, по меньшей мере, частичного расположения внутри полости, определяемой левым ушком предсердия.
20. Медицинское устройство по п.16, в котором первая часть имеет первый диаметр и вторая часть имеет второй диаметр, который меньше, чем первый диаметр.
21. Медицинское устройство по п.20, дополнительно содержащее переходный сегмент, соединяющий первую часть и вторую часть и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения гибкости между ними, при этом переходный сегмент имеет переходной диаметр, существенно меньший, чем первый и второй диаметры.
22. Медицинское устройство по п.16, в котором первая и вторая части содержат, по меньшей мере, одну плоскость окклюзии, содержащую, по меньшей мере, один слой окклюзионного материала.
23. Медицинское устройство по п.22, в котором, по меньшей мере, один слой окклюзионного материала содержит тканый материал.
24. Медицинское устройство по п.16, в котором первая часть содержит дисковую часть и вторая часть содержит цилиндрическую часть.
25. Медицинское устройство по п.21, в котором первая часть выполнена с возможностью изгиба под углом до приблизительно 30° относительно второй части вдоль центральной оси, проходящей через первую часть и вторую часть.
