Abstract
1. Одноразовая ампула для применения в устройстве распыления аэрозоля, содержащая ! контейнер для лекарственного средства, который содержит лекарственное средство и состоит из корпуса (10) контейнера и дна (11) контейнера, и ! заданное место (12) излома, которое, по меньшей мере, частично охватывает дно контейнера, ! отличающаяся тем, что ! содержит манжету (15), которая окружает заданное место излома на его внешней стороне и продолжает корпус контейнера поверх и за пределы дна контейнера. ! 2. Ампула по п.1, в которой манжета (15) расширяется в виде конуса, по меньшей мере, в ее внутреннем профиле, начиная от дна (11) контейнера. ! 3. Ампула по п.1 или 2, в которой корпус контейнера подразделен на две функциональных зоны (20, 21) так, что ампула имеет модульную конструкцию. ! 4. Ампула по п.3, в которой в первой функциональной зоне (21), содержащей дно контейнера, ампула, по меньшей мере, в ее внутреннем профиле проходит в виде конуса в направлении дна (11) контейнера, и вторая функциональная зона (20), по существу, выполнена в виде полого цилиндра. ! 5. Claims (19)
1. Одноразовая ампула для применения в устройстве распыления аэрозоля, содержащая
контейнер для лекарственного средства, который содержит лекарственное средство и состоит из корпуса (10) контейнера и дна (11) контейнера, и
заданное место (12) излома, которое, по меньшей мере, частично охватывает дно контейнера,
отличающаяся тем, что
содержит манжету (15), которая окружает заданное место излома на его внешней стороне и продолжает корпус контейнера поверх и за пределы дна контейнера.
2. Ампула по п.1, в которой манжета (15) расширяется в виде конуса, по меньшей мере, в ее внутреннем профиле, начиная от дна (11) контейнера.
3. Ампула по п.1 или 2, в которой корпус контейнера подразделен на две функциональных зоны (20, 21) так, что ампула имеет модульную конструкцию.
4. Ампула по п.3, в которой в первой функциональной зоне (21), содержащей дно контейнера, ампула, по меньшей мере, в ее внутреннем профиле проходит в виде конуса в направлении дна (11) контейнера, и вторая функциональная зона (20), по существу, выполнена в виде полого цилиндра.
5. Ампула по п.4, в которой имеется фиксирующий желобок (13) по центру или ближе к дну (11) контейнера в продольном направлении ампулы, который делит ампулу на две функциональные зоны (20, 21).
6. Ампула по п.1, в которой по меньшей мере одно ребро жесткости (14) расположено на корпусе (10) контейнера.
7. Ампула по п.1, в которой ручка (16) расположена на корпусе (10) контейнера на стороне, противоположной дну (11) контейнера.
8. Ампула по п.1, которая выполнена в виде единой цельной детали.
9. Ампула по п.8, которая изготавливается по технологии выдувания-заполнения-запечатывания.
10. Ампула по п.9, которая изготовлена из полиэтилена, полипропилена или термопластического сополимера.
11. Ампула по п.1, которая выполнена с возможностью введения в манжету (15) дополнительного отдельного уплотнительного элемента.
12. Ампула по п.1, которая имеет такие размеры и конструкцию дна (11) контейнера и заданного места (12) излома, что диаметр отверстия достигает по меньшей мере 8 мм, предпочтительно от 8 до 15 мм, наиболее предпочтительно 10 мм.
13. Ампула по п.1, в которой контейнер для лекарственного средства содержит до 10 мл, предпочтительно от 0,25 до 5 мл лекарственного средства.
14. Ампула по п.1, в которой лекарственный препарат содержит по меньшей мере одно активное вещество.
15. Ампула по п.14, в которой лекарственный препарат содержит по меньшей мере одно вспомогательное вещество в растворенном или суспендированном виде.
16. Ампула по п.1, в которой лекарственное средство применяется в распыленной в виде аэрозоля форме для диагностики, профилактики или лечения заболеваний людей и животных.
17. Ампула по п.1, из которой лекарственное средство распыляется в виде аэрозоля при контакте с перфорированной вибрирующей мембраной для образования капелек, имеющих среднемассовый диаметр менее 6 мкм.
18. Ампула по п.1, из которой лекарственное средство распыляется в виде аэрозоля в нос и параназальные синусы в форме пульсирующего аэрозоля, имеющего среднемассовый диаметр менее 6 мкм.
19. Применение ампулы по одному из предшествующих пунктов в устройстве распыления аэрозоля, причем лекарственное средство из нее распыляется в виде аэрозоля с помощью генератора аэрозоля и применяется для местного, назального или пульмонального нанесения.
