Abstract

1. Способ сварки двух элементов (2, 4) из жаропрочного полимерного материала, непрозрачного для видимого светового излучения, содержащий следующие этапы: ! готовят нижний элемент (2) из жаропрочного полимерного материала, к которому добавляют углеродный порошок таким образом, чтобы нижний элемент (2) стал непрозрачным к видимому световому излучению и мог поглощать лазерное излучение (1), ! готовят верхний элемент (4) из жаропрочного полимерного материала, ! нижний (2) и верхний (4) элементы соединяют лазерной сваркой при помощи лазерного излучения (1), проходящего через верхний элемент (4) и осуществляющего сварку на границе раздела между верхним элементом (4) и нижним элементом (4), !отличающийся тем, что во время подготовки верхний элемент (4) делают непрозрачным для видимого излучения и прозрачным для лазерного излучения путем добавления к полимерному материалу пигмента, при этом указанный пигмент, имеющий минеральное или органическое происхождение, не меняет свойств полимерного материала является прозрачным для лазерного излучения и жаропрочным. ! 2. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что во время лазерной сварки верхний элемент (4) и нижний элемент (2) прижимают друг к другу. ! 3. Способ сварки по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полимерные материалы нижнего (2) и верхнего (4) элементов и пигмент, добавляемый к верхнему элементу (4), выдерживают температуры не менее 250°С. ! 4. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерные материалы нижнего (2) и верхнего (4) элементов принадлежат к семейству, в которое входят: ! полиэфиримиды, ! термопласты на сульфоновой основе, такие как полисульфон, полиэфирсульфон и другие производны�

Claims (14)

1. Способ сварки двух элементов (2, 4) из жаропрочного полимерного материала, непрозрачного для видимого светового излучения, содержащий следующие этапы:
готовят нижний элемент (2) из жаропрочного полимерного материала, к которому добавляют углеродный порошок таким образом, чтобы нижний элемент (2) стал непрозрачным к видимому световому излучению и мог поглощать лазерное излучение (1),
готовят верхний элемент (4) из жаропрочного полимерного материала,
нижний (2) и верхний (4) элементы соединяют лазерной сваркой при помощи лазерного излучения (1), проходящего через верхний элемент (4) и осуществляющего сварку на границе раздела между верхним элементом (4) и нижним элементом (4),
отличающийся тем, что во время подготовки верхний элемент (4) делают непрозрачным для видимого излучения и прозрачным для лазерного излучения путем добавления к полимерному материалу пигмента, при этом указанный пигмент, имеющий минеральное или органическое происхождение, не меняет свойств полимерного материала является прозрачным для лазерного излучения и жаропрочным.
2. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что во время лазерной сварки верхний элемент (4) и нижний элемент (2) прижимают друг к другу.
3. Способ сварки по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полимерные материалы нижнего (2) и верхнего (4) элементов и пигмент, добавляемый к верхнему элементу (4), выдерживают температуры не менее 250°С.
4. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерные материалы нижнего (2) и верхнего (4) элементов принадлежат к семейству, в которое входят:
полиэфиримиды,
термопласты на сульфоновой основе, такие как полисульфон, полиэфирсульфон и другие производные,
полиэфирэфиркетон,
поли(фениленсульфид),
поликарбонат,
составы, полученные путем смешивания или совместной реакции вышеуказанных соединений.
5. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что пигмент является оксидом кобальта и алюминия (Al2O3, CoO) или только оксидом кобальта (CoO) или фосфатом кобальта (Co3(PO4)2) или марганцевьм виолетом.
6. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что лазерный источник перемещают над зоной (8) соединения двух элементов (2, 4) таким образом, чтобы лазерное излучение (1), испускаемое лазерным источником, сканировало указанную зону (8) соединения.
7. Способ сварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеродный порошок, смешиваемый с полимером нижнего элемента (2), является микрометрическим углеродным порошком.
8. Соединение элементов из жаропрочного термопластического материала, содержащее несколько элементов (2, 4) из полимерного материала, непрозрачного для видимого светового излучения и жаропрочного, в котором, по меньшей мере, один из элементов (4) содержит пигмент, добавляемый к полимерному материалу, при этом указанный пигмент минерального или органического происхождения не изменяет свойств полимерного материала является прозрачным к лазерному излучению и жаропрочным.
9. Соединение по п.8, отличающееся тем, что зоны (8) соединения между элементами (2, 4) являются герметичными.
10. Соединение по п.8 или 9, отличающееся тем, что является электроизоляционным.
11. Соединение по п.8, отличающееся тем, что элементы (2, 4) соединяют между собой при помощи способа сварки по любому из пп.1-6.
12. Кожух силового преобразователя, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одно соединение по любому из пп.8-11.
13. Жаропрочный полимерный материал, непрозрачный к видимому световому излучению, отличающийся тем, что содержит пигмент, добавляемый к полимерному материалу, при этом указанный пигмент минерального или органического происхождения не изменяет свойств полимерного материала, является прозрачным к лазерному излучению и жаропрочным, за счет чего полимерный материал является прозрачным к лазерному излучению.
14. Применение полимерного материала по п.13 в способе сварки по любому из пп.1-7.
