Подложка, имеющая электронодонорную поверхность, отличающаяся тем, что на указанной поверхности находятся металлические частицы, причем указанные металлические частицы содержат палладий и по меньшей мере один металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из золота, рутения, родия, осмия, иридия и платины, при этом количество указанных металлических частиц составляет примерно от 0,001 до 8 мкг/см2.
2. Подложка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная электронодонорная поверхность представляет собой слой электронодонорного материала, нанесенного в количестве примерно от 0,05 до 12 мкг/см2.
3. Подложка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный электронодонорный слой является металлом, менее благородным, чем любой металл из группы, состоящей из палладия, золота, рутения, родия, осмия, иридия и платины.
4. Подложка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что указанный электронодонорный слой является металлом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из серебра, меди и цинка.
5. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что указанная подложка является полимерной.
6. Подложка по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная полимерная подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из латекса, винила, полимеров с винильными группами, полиуретанмочевины, силиконов, поливинилхлорида, полипропилена, стирола, полиуретана, полиэфиров, сополимеров этилена и винилацетата, полистирола, поликарбоната, полиэтилена, полиакрилатов, полиметакрилатов, сополимера акрилонитрила, бутадиена и стирола, полиамидов, полиимидов или их смесей.
7. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что указанная подложка представляет собой металл.
8. Подложка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что указанный металл выбран из группы, состоящей из нержавеющей стали, медицинской стали, титана, медицинского титана, кобальта, хрома или их смесей.
9. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что указанная подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из стекла, минералов, цеолитов, камня, керамики, бумаги, древесины, тканых волокон, волокон, целлюлозных волокон, кожи, углерода, углеродных волокон, графита, политетрафторэтилена и поли-пара-фенилентерефталамида.
10. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, 6 или 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанная подложка имеет форму частицы.
11. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, 6 или 8, отличающаяся тем, что количество металлических частиц составляет примерно 0,01-4 мкг/см2.
12. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, 6, 8, отличающаяся тем, что отношение палладия к другим металлам в указанных металлических частицах составляет примерно от 0,01:99,99 до 99,99:0,01.
13. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, 6, 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанные металлические частицы, помимо палладия, содержат золото.
14. Подложка по любому из пп.1-4, 6, 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанные металлические частицы имеют средний размер около 10-10000 Е, предпочтительно около 100-600 Е.
15. Изделие, содержащее подложку по любому из пп.1-14, выбранное из следующей группы, включающей контактную линзу, стимулятор сердца, стент, зубной имплантат, грыжевую сетку, устройство для центрифугирования крови, хирургический инструмент, перчатку, емкость для крови, искусственный клапан сердца, катетер для центральных вен, катетер для периферических вен, инъекционный порт, оборудование для гемодиализа, оборудование для перитонеального диализа, устройство для плазмофореза, устройство для введения лекарств путем ингаляции, сосудистый имплантат, аппарат вспомогательного кровообращения, раневую повязку, катетер для интермиттирующей катетеризации, электрод для ЭКГ, периферический стент, имплантат для замены костей, ортопедический имплантат, ортопедическое устройство, имплантат для замены тканей, интраокулярную линзу, шовный материал, иглу, устройство для доставки лекарств, эндотрахеальную трубку, шунт, дренаж, отсасывающее устройство, слуховой аппарат, уретральное медицинское приспособление, емкость для искусственной крови.
16. Применение подложки по любому из пп.1-14, по меньшей мере, для одного из указанного:
модификации адсорбции белка на изделии, содержащем указанную подложку,
модификации адгезии бактерий к изделию, содержащему указанную подложку,
модификации врастания тканей в изделие, содержащее указанную подложку,
модификации активации комплемента, вызванной изделием, содержащим указанную подложку,
модификации воспалительной реакции, вызванной изделием, содержащим указанную подложку,
модификации свертывания крови, вызванного изделием, содержащим указанную подложку,
предупреждения роста бактерий,
профилактики переноса бактерий,
профилактики внутрибольничных инфекций,
модификации коэффициента трения предмета, содержащего указанную подложку,
модификации твердости поверхности предмета, содержащего указанную подложку.
17. Способ изготовления подложки по любому из пп.1-14, включающий следующие стадии:
нанесение металлических частиц из суспензии на указанную подложку;
промывку указанной подложки;
сушку подложки.
18. Способ по п.17, включающий стадию нанесения электронодонорного материала на указанную подложку до нанесения металлических частиц.
