Abstract
1. Способ склеивания стрингеров (13) из алюминиевого сплава или отвержденного композиционного материала с панелью обшивки (14) из алюминиевого сплава без использования автоклава с получением крупногабаритного конструктивного компонента (1) для летательного аппарата, включающий в себя следующие этапы: ! нанесение по меньшей мере одной клейкой пленки (16) в области мест (15) соединения стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14), причем клейкая пленка (16) выполнена в виде каркасной ткани, пропитанной эпоксидной смолой; ! размещение и выравнивание стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14) относительно друг друга на опорной конструкции (7); ! покрытие выровненных стрингеров (13) и выровненной панели обшивки (14) вакуумной пленкой (11, 18) с получением вакуумного мешка (12, 28), причем вакуумную пленку (11, 18) наносят непосредственно на стрингеры (13) и панель обшивки (14), предназначенные для склеивания друг с другом; ! создание частичного вакуума с давлением Рвнутреннее в вакуумном мешке (12, 28) для приложения достаточного контактного давления к стрингерам (13) и панели обшивки (14) при помощи давления окружающего воздуха Рокружающего воздуха; и ! отверждение по меньшей мере одной клейкой пленки (16) для окончательного склеивания друг с другом стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14), причем отверждение по меньшей мере одной клейкой пленки (16) осуществляют при температуре выше комнатной. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одну клейкую пленку (16) отверждают при частичном вакууме от 70 до 100 кПа и при температуре от 115 до 125°С. ! 3. Claims (4)
1. Способ склеивания стрингеров (13) из алюминиевого сплава или отвержденного композиционного материала с панелью обшивки (14) из алюминиевого сплава без использования автоклава с получением крупногабаритного конструктивного компонента (1) для летательного аппарата, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
нанесение по меньшей мере одной клейкой пленки (16) в области мест (15) соединения стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14), причем клейкая пленка (16) выполнена в виде каркасной ткани, пропитанной эпоксидной смолой;
размещение и выравнивание стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14) относительно друг друга на опорной конструкции (7);
покрытие выровненных стрингеров (13) и выровненной панели обшивки (14) вакуумной пленкой (11, 18) с получением вакуумного мешка (12, 28), причем вакуумную пленку (11, 18) наносят непосредственно на стрингеры (13) и панель обшивки (14), предназначенные для склеивания друг с другом;
создание частичного вакуума с давлением Рвнутреннее в вакуумном мешке (12, 28) для приложения достаточного контактного давления к стрингерам (13) и панели обшивки (14) при помощи давления окружающего воздуха Рокружающего воздуха; и
отверждение по меньшей мере одной клейкой пленки (16) для окончательного склеивания друг с другом стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14), причем отверждение по меньшей мере одной клейкой пленки (16) осуществляют при температуре выше комнатной.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одну клейкую пленку (16) отверждают при частичном вакууме от 70 до 100 кПа и при температуре от 115 до 125°С.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что геометрия поверхности опорной конструкции (7), по существу, соответствует геометрии поверхности склеиваемого конструктивного элемента (1), состоящего из стрингеров (13) и панели обшивки (14).
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стрингеры (13) и панель обшивки (14) изготовлены из алюминиевого сплава и/или композиционного материала.
