Abstract

1. Способ формирования формованного изделия, в котором: ! обеспечивают камеру высокого давления, имеющую пресс-форму; ! накладывают слои компонентов на пресс-форму, причем нижнюю поверхность слоя первого компонента устанавливают непосредственно над пресс-формой таким образом, что нижняя поверхность принимает форму пресс-формы; ! устанавливают гибкую мембрану поверх, по меньшей мере, участка верхней поверхности слоя конечного компонента таким образом, что гибкая мембрана принимает форму верхней поверхности слоя конечного компонента; ! нагревают среду до первой температуры нагрева; и ! прокачивают нагретую среду с первой температурой нагрева в течение определенного периода через гибкую мембрану для передачи первой температуры нагрева в слои компонента таким образом, чтобы слои компонента склеились друг с другом для получения формованного изделия. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором полученное в результате формованное изделие состоит из слоев компонентов, которые включают в себя, по меньшей мере, один слой связующего вещества и, по меньшей мере, один слой волокна. ! 3. Claims (20)

1. Способ формирования формованного изделия, в котором:
обеспечивают камеру высокого давления, имеющую пресс-форму;
накладывают слои компонентов на пресс-форму, причем нижнюю поверхность слоя первого компонента устанавливают непосредственно над пресс-формой таким образом, что нижняя поверхность принимает форму пресс-формы;
устанавливают гибкую мембрану поверх, по меньшей мере, участка верхней поверхности слоя конечного компонента таким образом, что гибкая мембрана принимает форму верхней поверхности слоя конечного компонента;
нагревают среду до первой температуры нагрева; и
прокачивают нагретую среду с первой температурой нагрева в течение определенного периода через гибкую мембрану для передачи первой температуры нагрева в слои компонента таким образом, чтобы слои компонента склеились друг с другом для получения формованного изделия.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором полученное в результате формованное изделие состоит из слоев компонентов, которые включают в себя, по меньшей мере, один слой связующего вещества и, по меньшей мере, один слой волокна.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, один слой связующего вещества включает в себя термореактивный полимер, и первая температура нагрева, по меньшей мере, равна или выше, чем температура отверждения термореактивного полимера.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, один слой связующего вещества включает в себя термопластичный полимер, и первая температура нагрева, по меньшей мере, равна или выше, чем температура плавления термопластичного полимера.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно:
накрывают гибкую мембрану удерживающим телом, которое соединяется с пресс-формой таким образом, что, по существу, формируется герметичное пространство между удерживающим телом и пресс-формой; и
прикладывают, по меньшей мере, частично давление вакуума к герметичному пространству таким образом, чтобы воздух, присутствующий и/или находящийся между слоями компонентов, был удален.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором среда представляет собой жидкость, выбранную из группы, состоящей из воды и масла.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно:
нагревают среду до второй температуры нагрева; и
прокачивают среду, нагретую до второй температуры нагрева, в течение заданного периода времени через гибкую мембрану для передачи второй температуры нагрева в слои компонента.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором гибкая мембрана имеет, по меньшей мере, одну полость для пропуска нагретой среды.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно:
обеспечивают вторую пресс-форму в камере высокого давления, причем нижнюю поверхность второй пресс-формы устанавливают непосредственно над упомянутой выше гибкой мембраной;
перемещают пресс-форму и вторую пресс-форму в направлении друг к другу, используя средство, поддерживающее давление; и
прикладывают давление к слоям компонентов таким образом, чтобы воздух, присутствующий в и/или между слоями компонентов, был удален.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно прикладывают давление через камеру высокого давления.
11. Способ склеивания, по меньшей мере, одного формованного изделия с получением компонента самолета, в котором:
обеспечивают камеру высокого давления, имеющую компонент самолета;
накладывают, по меньшей мере, одно формованное изделие на компонент самолета, в котором материал клея расположен, по меньшей мере, между одним формованным изделием и компонентом самолета;
устанавливают гибкую мембрану на, по меньшей мере, участок верхней поверхности, по меньшей мере, одного формованного изделия таким образом, чтобы гибкая мембрана приняла форму верхней поверхности, по меньшей мере, одного формованного изделия;
нагревают среду до первой температуры нагрева; и
прокачивают нагретую среду при первой температуре нагрева в течение заданного периода времени через гибкую мембрану для передачи первой температуры нагрева как к, по меньшей мере, одному формованному изделию, так и к материалу клея таким образом, чтобы, по меньшей мере, одно формованное изделие приклеилось к компоненту самолета.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно формованное изделие представляет собой волоконно-металлический ламинат, включающий в себя, по меньшей мере, один слой материала, армированного волокнами, и, по меньшей мере, один слой металла.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором среда представляет собой жидкость, выбранную из группы, состоящей из воды и масла.
14. Способ по п.11, в котором дополнительно:
нагревают среду до второй температуры нагрева; и
прокачивают нагретую среду при второй температуре нагрева в течение заданного периода времени через гибкую мембрану для передачи второй температуры нагрева как к, по меньшей мере, одному формованному изделию, так и к материалу клея.
15. Способ по п.11, в котором гибкая мембрана имеет, по меньшей мере, одну полость для пропуска нагретой среды.
16. Способ по п.11, в котором дополнительно:
покрывают гибкую мембрану гибкой пленкой, которая герметично соединяется с поверхностью компонента самолета вдоль внешней кромки компонента самолета с использованием средства уплотнителя так, чтобы, по существу, между гибкой пленкой и компонентом самолета сформировалось герметичное пространство; и
прикладывают, по меньшей мере, частичное давление вакуума к герметичному пространству таким образом, чтобы воздух, присутствующий в и/или между материалом клея и компонентом самолета, был удален.
17. Способ по п.11, в котором дополнительно прикладывают давление через камеру высокого давления.
18. Устройство формирования формованного изделия, содержащее:
камеру высокого давления, имеющую пресс-форму, на которую уложены слои компонента, причем нижняя поверхность первого слоя компонента расположена непосредственно над формой таким образом, чтобы нижняя поверхность принимала форму пресс-формы;
гибкую мембрану, расположенную поверх, по меньшей мере, участка верхней поверхности конечного слоя компонента таким образом, чтобы нагретая среда, протекающая через гибкую мембрану, могла передавать тепло к слоям компонента; и
средство нагрева, предназначенное для нагрева среды до, по меньшей мере, первой температуры нагрева,
в котором среду нагрева затем прокачивают в течение заданного периода времени через гибкую мембрану таким образом, чтобы слои компонентов склеились друг с другом.
19. Устройство по п.18, дополнительно содержащее:
удерживающее тело, покрывающее гибкую мембрану, причем удерживающее тело соединено с пресс-формой таким образом, что, по существу, герметичное пространство формируется между удерживающим телом и пресс-формой,
в котором, по меньшей мере, частичное давление вакуума прикладывают к герметичному пространству таким образом, чтобы воздух, присутствующий в и/или между слоями компонентов, был удален.
20. Устройство по п.18, в котором среда представляет собой жидкость, выбранную из группы, состоящей из воды и масла.
