Abstract
1. Низкогликемическая композиция доступных углеводов, содержащая следующие компоненты: ! (i) 5-60 мас.% одного или более моносахаридов, выбранных из моносахаридов, отличных от глюкозы и фруктозы, в частности галактозы, рибозы и маннозы; ! (ii) 10-75 мас.% олигосахаридов, имеющих длину 2-20 ангидромонозных единиц, по меньшей мере, половина которых представляет собой ангидроглюкозные остатки, связанные в α- положении с 1-, 3-, 5- или 6 положением другой ангидромонозной единицы; ! (iii) 0-75 мас.% других доступных углеводов. ! 2. Углеводная композиция по п.1, в которой компоненты (i) и (ii) составляют 28-75 мас.%, предпочтительно 32-60 мас.% композиции. ! 3. Углеводная композиция по п.1, содержащая: ! (i) 8-40 мас.%, предпочтительно 10-30% из одного или более моносахаридов, выбранных из галактозы, рибозы и маннозы, предпочтительно галактозы. ! 4. Углеводная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой указанные олигосахариды компонента (ii) содержат не более одной ангидромонозной единицы, кроме ангидроглюкозы. ! 5. Углеводная композиция по п.4, содержащая: ! (ii) 10-50 мас.%, предпочтительно 18-45 мас.%, содержащих глюкозу дисахаридов кроме мальтозы, лактозы и сахарозы. ! 6. Claims (13)
1. Низкогликемическая композиция доступных углеводов, содержащая следующие компоненты:
(i) 5-60 мас.% одного или более моносахаридов, выбранных из моносахаридов, отличных от глюкозы и фруктозы, в частности галактозы, рибозы и маннозы;
(ii) 10-75 мас.% олигосахаридов, имеющих длину 2-20 ангидромонозных единиц, по меньшей мере, половина которых представляет собой ангидроглюкозные остатки, связанные в α- положении с 1-, 3-, 5- или 6 положением другой ангидромонозной единицы;
(iii) 0-75 мас.% других доступных углеводов.
2. Углеводная композиция по п.1, в которой компоненты (i) и (ii) составляют 28-75 мас.%, предпочтительно 32-60 мас.% композиции.
3. Углеводная композиция по п.1, содержащая:
(i) 8-40 мас.%, предпочтительно 10-30% из одного или более моносахаридов, выбранных из галактозы, рибозы и маннозы, предпочтительно галактозы.
4. Углеводная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой указанные олигосахариды компонента (ii) содержат не более одной ангидромонозной единицы, кроме ангидроглюкозы.
5. Углеводная композиция по п.4, содержащая:
(ii) 10-50 мас.%, предпочтительно 18-45 мас.%, содержащих глюкозу дисахаридов кроме мальтозы, лактозы и сахарозы.
6. Углеводная композиция по п.5, в которой указанные содержащие глюкозу дисахариды выбраны из трегалозы, трегалулозы, палатинозы и изомальтозы.
7. Углеводная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой компонент (iii) содержит 4-25 мас.% фруктозы.

9. Углеводная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, содержащая 0,4-0,8-кратную полную сухую массу углеводных компонентов i)-iii) быстродоступной глюкозы или глюкозы замедленного высвобождения.
10. Углеводная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, дополнительно содержащая 2-30 мас.%, на основании полного сухого веса углеводной фракции компонентов i)-iii) в пищевой композиции, пищевых волокон.
11. Углеводная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, содержащая 5/65-60/70 массовых частей галактозы и 10/70-60/65 массовых частей палатинозы, предпочтительно 10/55-30/45 массовых частей галактозы и 15/45-45/55 массовых частей палатинозы.
12. Жидкая пищевая композиция, содержащая углеводную композицию по любому из пп.1-11 и дополнительно содержащая липиды и/или белки, причем доступная углеводная композиция, составляет 35-70 эн.% пищевой композиции.
13. Применение углеводной композиции по любому из пп.1-11 для получения пищевой или фармацевтической композиции для лечения диабета, ожирения, резистентности к инсулину, или для постпрандиальной реакции на глюкозу.
