Abstract

1. Простой политиоэфирный полимер с двумя концевыми меркаптановыми группами, описывающийся формулой (I): ! ! где каждый R1 представляет собой одно и то же и описывается формулой (II): ! ! X представляет собой О или S; а находится в диапазоне от 2 до 6; b находится в диапазоне от 1 до 5; с находится в диапазоне от 2 до 10; n равен 1 и более; a R2 представляет собой остаток диена, отличный от остатка дивинилового простого эфира, остатка триена или остатка органического соединения, имеющего концевую уходящую группу. ! 2. Полимер по п.1, в котором X представляет собой О; а равен 2; b равен 2; с равен 2; n равен 1, a R2 представляет собой остаток винилциклогексена. ! 3. Композиция, содержащая полимер по п.1 или 2. ! 4. Композиция по п.3, которая дополнительно включает полимерную смесь, содержащую полисульфид и простой политиоэфир. ! 5. Герметик, содержащий полимер по п.1 или 2 и отвердитель. ! 6. Герметик по п.5, в котором отвердителем является MnO2. ! 7. Герметик по п.6, в котором вязкость находится в диапазоне от 10 до 20000 пуазов. ! 8. Способ получения полимера по п.1, который заключается в перемешивании двух молей соединения, описывающегося формулой (II): ! ! и одного моля диена, триена или органического соединения, имеющего концевую уходящую группу. ! 9. Способ по п.8, в котором X представляет собой О; a, b и с равны 2; n равен 1, а диен представляет собой винилциклогексен. ! 10. Способ герметизации отверстия, который заключается в нанесении герметика по п.5 на поверхность, связанную с упомянутым отверстием. ! 11. Способ по п.10, в котором поверхностью является поверхность авиационного или аэрокосмического летательного аппарата.

Claims (11)

1. Простой политиоэфирный полимер с двумя концевыми меркаптановыми группами, описывающийся формулой (I):

где каждый R1 представляет собой одно и то же и описывается формулой (II):

X представляет собой О или S; а находится в диапазоне от 2 до 6; b находится в диапазоне от 1 до 5; с находится в диапазоне от 2 до 10; n равен 1 и более; a R2 представляет собой остаток диена, отличный от остатка дивинилового простого эфира, остатка триена или остатка органического соединения, имеющего концевую уходящую группу.
2. Полимер по п.1, в котором X представляет собой О; а равен 2; b равен 2; с равен 2; n равен 1, a R2 представляет собой остаток винилциклогексена.
3. Композиция, содержащая полимер по п.1 или 2.
4. Композиция по п.3, которая дополнительно включает полимерную смесь, содержащую полисульфид и простой политиоэфир.
5. Герметик, содержащий полимер по п.1 или 2 и отвердитель.
6. Герметик по п.5, в котором отвердителем является MnO2.
7. Герметик по п.6, в котором вязкость находится в диапазоне от 10 до 20000 пуазов.
8. Способ получения полимера по п.1, который заключается в перемешивании двух молей соединения, описывающегося формулой (II):

9. Способ по п.8, в котором X представляет собой О; a, b и с равны 2; n равен 1, а диен представляет собой винилциклогексен.
10. Способ герметизации отверстия, который заключается в нанесении герметика по п.5 на поверхность, связанную с упомянутым отверстием.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором поверхностью является поверхность авиационного или аэрокосмического летательного аппарата.
