Abstract
1. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя с использованием в качестве части исходного материала отходов пленки на основе термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя, которые образуются в способе получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы, включающий стадии смешивания расплава исходной термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя в экструдере для получения раствора исходного материала, добавления отходов пленки, образующихся в том же или другом способе получения, к раствору исходного материала в расплавленном состоянии в экструдере в промежуточном положении, их смешивания в расплаве для получения раствора термопластической смолы, экструзии раствора термопластической смолы через фильеру, охлаждения экструдата для формирования гелеобразного листа и удаления мембранообразующего растворителя из гелеобразного листа. ! 2. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы по п.1, в котором отходы пленки, образующиеся в том же способе получения, являются обрезками кромок, образующихся при обрезке растянутого гелеобразного листа, и в котором обрезки кромок непрерывно повторно перерабатывают в экструдере. ! 3. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя с использованием в качестве части исходного материала отходов пленки на основе термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя, которые образуются в способе получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы, включающий стадии смешивания рас�
Claims (4)
1. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя с использованием в качестве части исходного материала отходов пленки на основе термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя, которые образуются в способе получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы, включающий стадии смешивания расплава исходной термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя в экструдере для получения раствора исходного материала, добавления отходов пленки, образующихся в том же или другом способе получения, к раствору исходного материала в расплавленном состоянии в экструдере в промежуточном положении, их смешивания в расплаве для получения раствора термопластической смолы, экструзии раствора термопластической смолы через фильеру, охлаждения экструдата для формирования гелеобразного листа и удаления мембранообразующего растворителя из гелеобразного листа.
2. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы по п.1, в котором отходы пленки, образующиеся в том же способе получения, являются обрезками кромок, образующихся при обрезке растянутого гелеобразного листа, и в котором обрезки кромок непрерывно повторно перерабатывают в экструдере.
3. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя с использованием в качестве части исходного материала отходов пленки на основе термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя, которые образуются в способе получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы, включающий стадии смешивания расплава исходной термопластической смолы и мембранообразующего растворителя для получения раствора исходного материала, расплавления отходов пленки, образующихся в том же или другом способе получения, для получения раствора повторно применяемого материала, одновременной экструзии раствора исходного материала и повторно используемого материала через фильеру, охлаждения экструдата для формирования гелеобразного ламинированного листа и удаления мембранообразующего растворителя из гелеобразного ламинированного листа.
4. Способ получения микропористой мембраны из термопластической смолы по п.3, в котором отходы пленки, образующиеся в том же способе получения, являются обрезками кромок, образующихся при обрезке растянутого гелеобразного ламинированного листа, которые используют для непрерывного получения раствора повторно применяемого материала.
