Claims (12)

1. Установка для сжижения природного газа, содержащая, по меньшей мере,
ряд последовательно расположенных теплообменников для предварительного охлаждения, включающий конечный теплообменник, которому предшествует один или большее количество теплообменников, при этом конечный теплообменник выполнен с контуром циркуляции хладагента для предварительного охлаждения, предназначенным для отвода теплоты от потока природного газа;
распределитель для разделения потока природного газа, по меньшей мере, на первый и второй субпотоки природного газа;
по меньшей мере, первую и вторую основные криогенные системы, каждая из которых содержит основной теплообменник, имеющий первую горячую сторону с одним входом, выполненным для приема первого и второго субпотоков природного газа соответственно, и выход для сжиженного природного газа, при этом каждая система включает контур циркуляции основного хладагента для отвода теплоты от природного газа, протекающего через первую горячую сторону соответствующего основного теплообменника;
причем распределитель расположен выше по потоку от конечного теплообменника.
2. Установка по п.1, кроме того, содержащая,
по меньшей мере, два агрегата для извлечения жидких фракций из природного газа, каждый из которых имеет вход, выполненный для приема одного из субпотоков природного газа, выход для тяжелой фракции и выход для легкой фракции, отбираемой с верха;
при этом выходы для легкой фракции, отбираемой с верха, соединены со входами основных криогенных систем.
3. Установка по п.2, в которой каждый из агрегатов для извлечения жидких фракций из природного газа имеет вход для флегмы, выполненный для приема жидкой флегмы из выхода для жидкой флегмы, имеющегося в сепараторе, подключенном к отбору с верха, при этом указанный сепаратор имеет вход, сообщающийся по текучей среде с выходом для легкой фракции, отбираемой с верха, и выход для пара, сообщающийся по текучей среде с соответствующим основным теплообменником.
4. Установка по п.3, в которой выше по потоку от сепаратора, подключенного к отбору с верха, размещен теплообменник, подключенный к отбору с верха, предназначенный для отвода теплоты от легкой фракции, отбираемой с верха, при этом холодная сторона указанного теплообменника сообщается по текучей среде, по меньшей мере, с одним из, по меньшей мере, двух контуров циркуляции основного хладагента.
5. Установка по п.1, в которой конечный теплообменник включает два параллельно установленных теплообменника, при этом установка, кроме того, содержит,
по меньшей мере, два агрегата для извлечения жидких фракций из природного газа, расположенных выше по ходу движения потока от указанных параллельных конечных теплообменников.
6. Установка по п.1, кроме того, содержащая, по меньшей мере, один конечный агрегат для быстрого испарения, присоединенный к выходам для сжиженного природного газа, по меньшей мере, двух теплообменников и содержащий, по меньшей мере, выход для газа, полученного при конечном быстром испарении, и выход для сжиженного природного газа.
7. Установка по любому из пп.1-6, в которой распределитель имеет, по меньшей мере, два выхода.
8. Способ сжижения потока природного газа, включающий, по меньшей мере,
(a) предварительное охлаждение потока природного газа в одной или большем количестве ступеней, включающих конечную ступень, осуществляемое при прохождении через ряд теплообменников в противотоке с хладагентом, используемым для предварительного охлаждения, циркулирующим в контуре для хладагента предварительного охлаждения, при этом ряд теплообменников включает конечный теплообменник, перед которым размещен один или большее количество теплообменников;
(b) разделение потока природного газа, по меньшей мере, на первый и второй субпотоки природного газа;
(c) дальнейшее охлаждение первого и второго субпотоков природного газа, полученных на стадии (b), до полной конденсации при контактировании с основным хладагентом, по меньшей мере, в двух основных криогенных системах, причем в каждой основной криогенной системе основной хладагент циркулирует в контуре для основного хладагента; и (d) отвод потока сжиженного природного газа из основных криогенных систем;
при этом разделение потока природного газа на первый и второй субпотоки природного газа осуществляют выше по ходу движения потока от конечной ступени предварительного охлаждения.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором первый и второй субпотоки природного газа, полученные на стадии (b), одновременно разделяют на жидкую тяжелую фракцию и парообразную легкую фракцию, отбираемую с верха, перед проведением на стадии (с) дальнейшего охлаждения парообразной легкой фракции, отбираемой с верха, с ее полной конденсацией.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором дальнейшее охлаждение на стадии (с) включает частичное конденсирование каждой из парообразных легких фракций, отбираемых с верха, с образованием конденсата легкой фракции и пара легкой фракции, отделение конденсата легкой фракции от пара легкой фракции, подачу конденсата легкой фракции в качестве холодной флегмы на стадию одновременного разделения каждого из субпотоков, а именно первого и второго частично сконденсированных субпотоков природного газа, и дополнительное охлаждение пара легкой фракции с полной конденсацией.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором частичное конденсирование каждой из легких парообразных фракций, отбираемых с верха, включает косвенный теплообмен с основным хладагентом, осуществляемый, по меньшей мере, в одном из, по меньшей мере, двух контуров циркуляции основного хладагента.
12. Способ по любому из пп.8-11, в котором поток сжиженного природного газа, полученного на стадии (d), последовательно расширяют, посредством чего получают смесь, включающую еще более охлажденный сжиженный природный газ и пар, полученный в результате быстрого испарения, при этом пар быстрого испарения отделяют от еще более охлажденного сжиженного природного газа, сжимают, по меньшей мере, частично конденсируют и повторно вводят в поток сжиженного природного газа выше по потоку от места разделения пара, полученного при быстром испарении.
