Claims (8)
1. Реактор для реакции каталитической конверсии, содержащий внутри оболочки катализатора перфорированную опорную пластину для катализатора, поддерживающую слой катализатора, при этом опорная пластина для катализатора поддерживается множеством вытянутых опорных элементов, а частицы катализатора в слое катализатора расположены снаружи вытянутых опорных элементов, при этом перфорированная опорная пластина для катализатора прикреплена к нижним концам вытянутых опорных элементов, и перфорированная опорная пластина для катализатора разделена на множество перфорированных сегментов опорной пластины для катализатора, при этом по меньшей мере один перфорированный сегмент опорной пластины катализатора поддерживается вытянутым опорным элементом.
2. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере еще один сегмент опорной пластины для катализатора, граничащий со стенкой оболочки катализатора, поддерживается этой стенкой.
3. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что вытянутые опорные элементы имеют цилиндрическое или многоугольное сечение.
4. Реактор по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что вытянутые опорные элементы являются стойками, трубками или концентрическими двойными трубками.
5. Реактор по п.4, отличающийся тем, что трубки являются теплопроводящими трубками.
6. Реактор по п.4, отличающийся тем, что концентрические двойные трубки содержат катализатор во внутренней трубке и технологический газ в межтрубном пространстве.
7. Реактор по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что сегменты опорной пластины для катализатора имеют форму многоугольника.
8. Применение реактора по любому из пп.1-7 в реакции парового реформинга.
