Claims (16)
1. Горизонтальный химический реактор, содержащий по меньшей мере один горизонтально расположенный в реакторе слой (5a-5d) катализатора с нижней газопроницаемой стенкой (6) для выхода газа и поддерживающий по меньшей мере один слой (5a-5d) катализатора элемент (2), отличающийся тем, что он имеет уплотнение (20) катализатора, содержащее несущий элемент (21), который крепится к поддерживающему элементу (2) ниже нижней газопроницаемой стенки (6), соединительный элемент (22), который одним концом (22а) крепится к несущему элементу (21), на промежуточный участок (22b) которого опирается боковой край нижней газопроницаемой стенки (6), и множество наполнителей (23) определенного размера, которые расположены между боковым краем нижней газопроницаемой стенки (6) и внутренней стенкой поддерживающего элемента (2), опорой которых служит участок (22с) соединительного элемента (22), расположенный между его промежуточным участком (22b) и внутренней стенкой поддерживающего элемента (2).
2. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединительный элемент (22) имеет Г-образную форму.
3. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединительный элемент (22) не крепится неподвижно к несущему элементу (21).
4. Реактор по п.3, отличающийся тем, что один край (33а) соединительного элемента (22) вставляется в прорезь (21а) несущего элемента (21).
5. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что наполнители (23) представляют собой шарики, изготовленные из инертного материала, например из керамики или металла.
6. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что наполнители (23) сверху закрыты проволочной сеткой (24).
7. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поддерживающий элемент (2) представляет собой патрон, расположенный в корпусе реактора.
8. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поддерживающий элемент (2) представляет собой наружный корпус (2) реактора, по существу, цилиндрической формы, в котором расположено по меньшей мере два горизонтальных примыкающих друг к другу слоя (5a-5d) катализатора с нижней газопроницаемой стенкой (6) для выхода газа, между которыми расположена по меньшей мере одна полость (10а-10с), доступ к которой возможен с внешней стороны корпуса (2), которая образует между слоями (5a-5d) катализатора канал для прохода газа, входящий в эту полость и выходящий из нее через соответствующее отверстие (12а, 13а...12с, 13с), в которой установлено съемное устройство (14) охлаждения, предназначенное для косвенного охлаждения протекающих между слоями (5a-5d) катализатора газов.
9. Реактор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере два имеющихся в нем слоя (5a-5d) катализатора расположены рядом друг с другом.
10. Реактор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что он имеет несколько свободных зон (9a-9h) для прохода газов из слоя катализатора и в слой катализатора (5a-5d), расположенных между внутренней стенкой корпуса (2) и противоположными верхней и нижней поверхностями (7, 6) слоев катализатора.
11. Реактор по п.10, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (12а, 13а...12с, 13с) для входа и выхода газов по меньшей мере из одной полости (10а-10с) соединяют эту полость с соответствующей свободной зоной (9a-9h).
12. Реактор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна расположенная между соседними слоями катализатора полость (10а-10с) имеет, по существу, цилиндрическую форму.
13. Реактор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что устройство охлаждения содержит по меньшей мере один котел (14), предназначенный для получения водяного пара высокого давления.
14. Реактор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что котел (14) выполнен в виде трубчатого теплообменника с пучком труб и трубной решеткой или в виде теплообменника байонетного типа.
15. Реактор по п.14, отличающийся тем, что котел (14) выполнен в виде теплообменника с естественной или принудительной циркуляцией.
16. Реактор по п.8, отличающийся тем, что устройство охлаждения содержит по меньшей мере один газовый теплообменник (14).
