Description

Claims (8)
- 触媒ハウジング内に、触媒床を支持する触媒支持多孔板を含み、触媒支持板は、複数の細長い支持機素によって支持され、触媒床内の触媒粒子は、細長い支持機素の外側に配置され、触媒支持多孔板は、細長い支持機素の下端に取り付けられ、触媒支持多孔板は、複数の触媒支持多孔板セグメントに分割され、少なくとも1つの触媒支持多孔板セグメントは、細長い支持機素によって支持され、各々の触媒支持板セグメントの最少の厚さは、2つの近接する細長い支持機素の間の起こり得る1000℃における熱膨張による最大の伸びの差に少なくとも等しい、接触転化反応用反応装置。
- 触媒ハウジングの壁に接する少なくとも1つの更なる触媒支持板セグメントが、この壁によって支持される請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 細長い支持機素が、円筒形又は多角形の断面を有する請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 細長い支持機素が、ステー、管又は同心二重管である請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の反応装置。
- 管が伝熱管である請求項4記載の反応装置。
- 同心二重管が、内管の内側に触媒をそして環内にプロセスガスを収容する請求項4記載の反応装置。
- 触媒支持板セグメントが、多角形の形状である請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の反応装置。
- 水蒸気改質反応における請求項1〜7のいずれか一に記載の反応装置の使用。
