Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления формы, который содержит
отливку формы (8, 10), имеющей поверхность (24) полости;
формирование на поверхности (24) полости поверхностных структур, причем поверхностные структуры содержат смесь (26);
термообработку смеси (26).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором предусмотрена экструзия смеси (26) через сопло (28) устройства.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором предусмотрено управление движением сопла (28) и расходом экструдируемой смеси (26) через сопло (28).
4. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхностные структуры выбирают из группы, состоящей из рисунков, капель, мазков, слоев, линий, профилей и комбинаций, включающих в себя по меньшей мере одну из перечисленных структур.
5. Способ изготовления формы, который содержит
формовку матрицы (2, 4);
изготовление внутри матрицы (2, 4) формы (8, 10) с использованием керамического состава и процесса литья, выбранного из группы, включающей в себя шликерное литье, формование геля, литье в песчаные формы, литье по гипсовым моделям, литье под давлением, литьевое формование, нагнетание цементного раствора, формовка порошков уплотнением, реактивная формовка, коллоидная формовка, холодное изостатическое прессование, горячее изостатическое прессование и комбинации, включающие в себя по меньшей мере один из перечисленных процессов;
нагрев формы (8, 10);
экструзию смеси (26) на поверхность (24) полости формы (8, 10) для формовки на ней поверхностных структур, причем смесь (26) экструдируют через сопло (28) устройства; и
термообработку смеси (26).
6. Способ по п.5, в котором предусмотрено управление движением сопла (28) и расходом экструдируемой смеси (26) через сопло (28).
7. Способ по п.5, в котором поверхностные структуры выбирают из группы, состоящей из рисунков, капель, мазков, слоев, линий, профилей и комбинаций, включающих в себя по меньшей мере одну из перечисленных структур.
8. Способ по п.5, в котором смесь выбирают из группы, состоящей из металлов, керамики и комбинаций, содержащих по меньшей мере один из перечисленным материалов.
9. Изделие, выполненное способом по п.1.
10. Изделие, выполненное способом по п.5.
