技术领域
本发明属于瓷砖生产技术领域,特别涉及一种抛光砖的制备方法。
背景技术
抛光砖是将砖体表面打磨而成的一种表面光滑光亮的一种砖,在瓷砖体系中,非常受大众的喜爱,特别是一些添加有特殊材料的抛光砖,如添加有超白粉等超白材料的超白抛光砖,非常美观大气,但超白材料比较稀有,成本较高,全由添加有超白原材料的抛砖泥来烧制超白瓷砖,制造成本很高;因此研发出一种具有底砖层和面砖层的抛光砖,其底砖层不使用成本高的原料,面砖层才使用成本高的超白材料,如此便可以节约成本;但是在实际的使用过程中,容易出现面砖层与底砖层脱离的现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抛光砖的制备方法,制备出来的超白抛光砖具有稳定的结构,可以避免底砖层与面砖层的脱离现象。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:包括用于抛光砖成型的成型模具、底砖层砖泥、添加有超白粉材料的面砖层砖泥浆;所述成型模具,包括有下顶板、模具箱和上压板,所述模具箱内具有成型腔,上端为敞口结构,上压板活动的盖合在模具箱的成型腔中,所述上压板的下底面分布有若干第一凸起柱,所述模具箱底板对应第一凸起柱的位置设有通孔;所述下顶板位于模具箱下方,所述下顶板的上表面凸设有若干第二凸起柱,所述第二凸起柱可上下滑动地密封连接于通孔中;所述通孔靠近成型腔的一端边缘设有沉孔,所述第二凸起柱的上端边缘设有与沉孔配合的凸缘;所述第一凸起柱的直径小于凸缘的直径;当所述下顶板的上表面与模具箱的下表面贴合时,所述第二凸起柱与第一凸起柱相抵顶;
所述抛光砖的制备步骤如下:
1)用抵顶块,抵顶在下顶板和模具箱之间,使第二凸起柱的凸缘位于沉孔中;
2)将上压板从成型腔中拿出;
3)向成型腔中添加底砖层砖泥;
4)将上压板盖合至底砖层砖泥上,去除抵顶块,用力压下上压板使第一凸起柱和第二凸起柱相抵顶;
5)静置,定型;
6)去掉上压板,抬起模具箱,用抵顶块抵顶在下顶板和模具箱之间,使第二凸起柱的凸缘位于沉孔中;使所述底砖层砖泥定型成底砖层,具有若干贯通孔,且贯通孔的下端的直径大于贯通孔上端直径;
7)将面砖泥浆添加至成型腔中,覆盖在底砖层上,使面砖泥浆充分的充斥于底砖层的贯通孔中,形成面砖层;
8)静置、干燥、定型,形成砖胚。
9)取出砖胚进行窖烧成砖。
10)将面砖层的上表面打磨抛光。
优选的,所述底砖层砖泥是由抛光砖底料添加水制成的泥。
优选的,所述抛光砖底料包括以下重量份的原料:砂18-21份、泥15-25份、石灰30-35份、烧滑石5-8份、彭润土1-3份、超白抛光砖废渣20-25份;将上述烧滑石、膨润土、超白抛光砖废渣预混合得到第一预混料;将上述原料砂、泥、石灰混合,并间歇加入所述第一预混料,混合均匀形成抛光砖底料。
优选的,超白抛光砖废渣是超白抛光砖打磨抛光时磨下的废弃粉料,将收集的废弃粉料通过筛网筛选制得可用的超白抛光砖废渣。
优选的,根据权利要求2所述的抛光砖底料,其特征在于:所述筛网目数为大于等于50目的筛网。
优选的,所述面砖层泥浆是由面砖层材料加水制成的泥浆。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中公开了一种抛光砖的制备方法,包括用于抛光砖成型的成型模具(如图1所示)、底砖层砖泥、添加有超白粉材料的面砖层砖泥浆;所述成型模具,包括有下顶板1、模具箱2和上压板3,所述模具箱2内具有成型腔,上端为敞口结构,上压板3活动的盖合在模具箱2的成型腔中,所述上压板3的下底面分布有若干第一凸起柱31,所述模具箱2底板对应第一凸起柱31的位置设有通孔;所述下顶板1位于模具箱2下方,所述下顶板1的上表面凸设有若干第二凸起柱11,所述第二凸起柱11可上下滑动地密封连接于通孔中;所述通孔靠近成型腔的一端边缘设有沉孔,所述第二凸起柱11的上端边缘设有与沉孔配合的凸缘;所述第一凸起柱31的直径小于凸缘的直径;当所述下顶板1的上表面与模具箱2的下表面贴合时,所述第二凸起柱11与第一凸起柱31相抵顶;
所述抛光砖的制备步骤如下:
1)用抵顶块(图未示),抵顶在下顶板1和模具箱2之间,使第二凸起柱11的凸缘位于沉孔中;抵顶块可以是能使模具板保持平衡的固体块,木块、石头、金属块均可。抵顶块一般使用4个,分别从4个角的方向放置,如此可保持平衡性。
2)将上压板3从成型腔中拿出;
3)向成型腔中添加底砖层砖泥;
4)将上压板3盖合至底砖层砖泥上,去除抵顶块4,用力压下上压板3使第一凸起柱31和第二凸起柱11相抵顶;
5)静置,定型;
6)去掉上压板3,抬起模具箱2,用抵顶块抵顶在下顶板1和模具箱2之间,使第二凸起柱11的凸缘位于沉孔中;使所述底砖层砖泥定型成底砖层5,定型后的底砖层5具有若干贯通孔,且因为凸缘的直径大于第一凸起柱的直径,使得贯通孔的下端的直径大于贯通孔上端直径;
7)将面砖泥浆添加至成型腔中,覆盖在底砖层5上,使面砖泥浆充分的充斥于底砖层5的贯通孔中,形成面砖层6;
8)静置、干燥、定型,形成砖胚。
9)取出砖胚进行窖烧成砖。最后的成砖如图2所示。
10)将面砖层6的上表面打磨抛光。
本实施例中,所述底砖层砖泥是由抛光砖底料添加水制成的泥。
本实施例中,所述抛光砖底料包括以下重量份的原料:砂18-21份、泥15-25份、石灰30-35份、烧滑石5-8份、彭润土1-3份、超白抛光砖废渣20-25份;将上述烧滑石、膨润土、超白抛光砖废渣预混合得到第一预混料;将上述原料砂、泥、石灰混合,并间歇加入所述第一预混料,混合均匀形成抛光砖底料。

1.一种抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:包括用于抛光砖成型的成型模具、底砖层砖泥、添加有超白粉材料的面砖层砖泥浆;所述成型模具,包括有下顶板、模具箱和上压板,所述模具箱内具有成型腔,上端为敞口结构,上压板活动的盖合在模具箱的成型腔中,所述上压板的下底面分布有若干第一凸起柱,所述模具箱底板对应第一凸起柱的位置设有通孔;所述下顶板位于模具箱下方,所述下顶板的上表面凸设有若干第二凸起柱,所述第二凸起柱可上下滑动地密封连接于通孔中;所述通孔靠近成型腔的一端边缘设有沉孔,所述第二凸起柱的上端边缘设有与沉孔配合的凸缘;所述第一凸起柱的直径小于凸缘的直径;当所述下顶板的上表面与模具箱的下表面贴合时,所述第二凸起柱与第一凸起柱相抵顶;
所述抛光砖的制备步骤如下:
1)用抵顶块,抵顶在下顶板和模具箱之间,使第二凸起柱的凸缘位于沉孔中;
2)将上压板从成型腔中拿出;
3)向成型腔中添加底砖层砖泥;
4)将上压板盖合至底砖层砖泥上,去除抵顶块,用力压下上压板使第一凸起柱和第二凸起柱相抵顶;
5)静置,定型;
6)去掉上压板,抬起模具箱,用抵顶块抵顶在下顶板和模具箱之间,使第二凸起柱的凸缘位于沉孔中;使所述底砖层砖泥定型成底砖层,具有若干贯通孔,且贯通孔的下端的直径大于贯通孔上端直径;
7)将面砖泥浆添加至成型腔中,覆盖在底砖层上,使面砖泥浆充分的充斥于底砖层的贯通孔中,形成面砖层;
8)静置、干燥、定型,形成砖胚;
9)取出砖胚进行窖烧成砖;
10)将面砖层的上表面打磨抛光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述底砖层砖泥是由抛光砖底料添加水制成的泥。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抛光砖底料包括以下重量份的原料:砂18-21份、泥15-25份、石灰30-35份、烧滑石5-8份、彭润土1-3份、超白抛光砖废渣20-25份;将上述烧滑石、膨润土、超白抛光砖废渣预混合得到第一预混料;将上述原料砂、泥、石灰混合,并间歇加入所述第一预混料,混合均匀形成抛光砖底料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:超白抛光砖废渣是超白抛光砖打磨抛光时磨下的废弃粉料,将收集的废弃粉料通过筛网筛选制得可用的超白抛光砖废渣。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:根据权利要求2所述的抛光砖底料,其特征在于:所述筛网目数为大于等于50目的筛网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面砖层泥浆是由面砖层材料加水制成的泥浆。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面砖层材料由以下重量份的原料组成:超白硅酸锆1-5份、超白球土6-10份、煅烧氧化铝7-9份、烧滑石20-30份、水洗高岭土8-10、中高温瓷砂20-30份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抵顶块为立体形状的木块、铁块、石头。
9.根据权利要求1所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述下顶板的边缘具有凸出于模具箱的踩踏部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抛光砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述模具箱相对的两外侧面设有便于提起模具箱的提手部。
